Winner chosen by random number such as the last # in how many shares it took to solve a block at a major pool, first block of the day AFTER the day the last ticket is sold.
I'd only want to hold this raffle if it seemed if all tickets would be sold within 5 days or something like that; obviously more time than that could change value of rig and price of BTC/USD signifcantly
