Can you post or send me the log from claymore. It should have a hint in there. Also, is the hibernate feature of on both windows and the Mobo lol. It sounds simple but people forget sometimes.

Claymore XMR miner also has issues right now. Try xmrstack or Sgminer

You should try using linux. I have had 0 problems after switching to linux. There are distros out there but I prefer just getting ubuntu 16.10 and installing the drivers manually.

After about 2 hours of XMR claymore mining with 3 AMD Powercolor red devil 570 GPUs, older AMD phenom ii CPU, old hp mobo with 4gb ddr2 ram, and an old sata 500gb hard drive ... 850W psu

It does not appear to shutdown when CPU mining xmr, or just doing normal whatever, I have also applied thermal paste to the CPU, installed afterburner etc...

570s seem to run around 75C. HDD around 45, CPU between 41-48...

What could the problem be ?? These are new cards, updated drivers, older system and all also updated drivers. Ideas ?
