What happened: Riley Nico (BCT ID: 495972) asked for a loan several times. Their collateral (a steam gift GTA V) is invalid as it can not be traded for further 30 days. Even after this had been established in their thread they keep asking for a loan with the same invalid collateral, reducing the amount in question every time.
