We can call it Karma for claiming that they are going to replace bitcoin as the new crypto currency,I still remember when the leaders proclaim that bitcoin is over rimbit will take over the crypto currency and they will replace bitcoin as the most used and number one crypto currency,so where the leaders now?

I would say it is no more a scam than DASh or XRP.
The vast majority are held by 1 or more 'creators'.

At $1M+ rimbit was pretty shady.
But it had a decent network.
Now it has be correctly adjusted to value.

It might be worth salvaging if the central authority was 'divested' a large sum.

Honestly, don't care if it lives or dies.
