''Love him or hate him it's commonly understood that the only thing he loved more than his country was his family'''

Oh please, it seems like it's becoming a common theme to suddenly be respectful about the worst people that have ever lived, simply because they passed away.

The quote @TECSHARE shared ; "if the American people ever find out what we have done, they would chase us down the street and lynch us." Refers to how Bush ruined U.S. sovereignty to simply please the United Nations, you can still see the aftermath of this horrible decision.

George H.W. Bush was one of the, if not the worst president in the history of the U.S.

He was one of the most corrupt and evil men that ever lived. His legacy of destruction will unfortunately long outlive him. I hope Satan has fun shoving pineapples up his ass. I don't like speaking ill of the dead, but this man deserves no courtesies. His crimes are unspeakable, and by his own words:

"if the American people ever find out what we have done, they would chase us down the street and lynch us."

Re: Waradlain,
I am happy he did some thing that coincidentally fed so many people there that needed it. However it was a trade deal, not a gift or aid or something. He did it because it was profitable, lets not canonize him over it please.

So he is great for starting something that led to the death of tens of thousands of innocent people? I can never understand how Americns, even liberal, reconstruct and celebrate the lives of murderous rulers.  Every bit of history is whitewashed.

-Columbus was a hero
-Thanksgiving was a friendly meal
-The redskins logo is homage to native americans
-Mccain was a hero

and now 41 is being pushed as a hero.

It says a lot about our national values when all of these white men who created wars or murdered brown people are your heroes.   Then us leftists wonder why it keeps happening again and again.

Lol!  If it wasn't for men like him you would be a Nazi or maybe living your communist dream under Stalinism.  You pinko faggot!

No ex-USSR kiddos here? Okay then Ill say for all of them.
I didn't know you close enough sir but I want to say thank you for your (chicken) legs. Bush’s legs saved many of us from starving to death back then and without you and your (chicken) legs I'm not sure at the end of 2018 I'd write this post at the bct forum.

True, he was a controversial figure in politics, but love him or hate him, rest in peace.

I don’t know much about him. I only know that during his tenure, he launched the Gulf War. Since then, the United States has established a unique influence in the Middle East until now.
Now that the United States can get so many benefits in the Middle East because Gulf War. From this point of view, he is a great president.

41st POTUS George H.W Bush died last night at the age of 94.  A decorated WWII Navy pilot and life long public servant.

Barbara Bushed passed away earlier this year, they were married for 73 years and are survived by 5 Children (inc Bush 43 their eldest son) 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Love him or hate him it's commonly understood that the only thing he loved more than his country was his family.

Bush 41's term was during my university days, I wasn't interested in American politics back then so I don't have a lot of personal memories of his term.

Seems like he had a hell of a run, RIP Mr. President.
