Maybe you should have looked the ANN thread before depositing. The scam was confirmed 2 months back, and the thread clearly has discussions of it.
The owner of ripdice also didn't pay for a signature campaign he held. You should stay away from ripdice.

What happened::
I tried a small deposit yesterday, funds never got to my RipDice balance and admin does not respond to inquiries on the forum and to PM.
