Perhaps this information is outdated but this is what a ripplelabs article has to say about recovering your username.
At this time, there is not a direct way to recover the username or password for your Ripple Wallet if that information is lost or forgotten. Instead, you will use the secret key provided on sign up to get back into your account.

I had a ripple account over a year ago, and just recently tried to log back in. It seems the website is different now and you have to "migrate" your account, whatever that means. Unfortunately I forgot my username (it used to be saved in my browser and it isn't any longer). I remember the password to my account and email I used to sign up, and I also know my ripple address. Is there any way to find out what my user name is or am I just SOL?
