#XRPthestandard Finally, after the Nik Bougalis’ announcement made a few of days ago that Rippled 1.0 will be launched soon, that moment came and now we have an updated live version of one of the engines behind the #XRP cryptocurrency.
Now, with the release of Rippled 1.0, many Ripple enthusiasts consider the xRapid can soon be announced as coming out of the Beta version.
Rippled 1.0, despite what many believes, is only the “server implementation of the Ripple protocol”, the code running the validation nodes on the Ripple network.
In the meantime, the new release is meant to bring some series of improvements and new features.
Rippled 1.0 New And Updated Features
First, the Ripple team behind the project fixed all the bugs of the previous version, the Rippled 0.90. Namely, the devs fixed bugs reported escrows, add checks, and escrows semantics.
As for the new and updated features, the recently launched Rippled 1.0 comes with:
• Improvements in the history sharding feature with the possibility to use shard store to satisfy ledger demands;
• Change in permessage-deflate and compress defaults;
• UNL change validations have been updated.
