I have created a paper wallet on ripplepaperwallet.com offline. Did anyone have experience, if this site is safe?
When I transfer this address to toast app, could I use this address or is this not safe because I used my secret key for transfer?

Can't really give assurance on it but it suppose generate your private key for you which is more a password for you and you need to print it and make it save cause if you lost that then your funds are gone and you can also reach ripple on the support and twitter page to know if you are save with the site.
