Obviously no. That Jimmy shuaps zhang handle almost everything about the code. He has control over the contract/deployer, the computer that run 24/7 with rebase script is in his house. He seems planned this all perfectly. with good communication, he makes all the other team members follow his rules.

Interesting if they will really turned this case to FBI. From their tweets, they were giving some sort of deadline to return the stolen funds before giving this case to FBI. I believe this person = Shuaipeng "Jimmy" Zhang is already in hiding as he was named in the tweet. More than likely, he already planned ahead before stealing those funds. Sad reality. A lot of these developers are really driven by greed. Can this project move forward without those funds?

I believe that it’s impossible to retrieve anymore the ETH that already drained out from there wallet. I follow this project too but never invested because I have a trauma on investing in token with this feature just like Ampleforth with elastic supply. I wonder on how will they cover the loss and what will be it’s effect to the image of this project tho.

It won't be like that. Rise protocol is a token with rebase protocol. And it's not easy to list the token in a centralized exchange like binance. It's not easy for cex to deal with rise token features like frictionless, rebase protocol etc.Exchanges will need lot of effort to list rise token. And I am not sure they want to. Dex is more suitable for rise protocol.

It will be going to the developer's funding purpose. I guess it's good to see if the dev was only taking 80% of its total investment to be allocated to provide the liqudiity on uniswap. It seems fair to me.

If you want to assure yourself that this is not just market manipulation, you can check it again after couple of months and let us see if they are still doing well in the market. Sometimes, project owners will shell out money at the beginning to bait investors but they have other ulterior motives within themselves. Look also for their use case, can they truly deliver what they are offering or will just end up in talks only?
Also, I have doubts as to whether all this information is fully true. It's hard for me to imagine building such a large community without Bitcointalk involved in it, and it seems that even no one from the dev team is active here.

It's clearly written "increase with each transaction!". It's new for me, not like many defi platform that offering xx% annual and paid minimal per day.

It's quite easy to check it whether the community that backed rise protocol is real or not and you can try to visit the community or the chat group and when you will be seeing there are active activities in the group like discussion about the project by the members on the group and that means if that's a real project. The liquidity on uniswap can't be faked dude. That means if this project backed by the real community and it's not a manipulation by the team.
