it seem like ICOcountdown.com asks for fee for an ICO to be listed on his site and when he was declined, he suddenly find something that could also hurt RISE.
but like i said its been fixed in Alty's responce here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1445947.580

I'm not saying that RISE is a scam or anything but there is something about this ICO I don't like.
Not sure what it is though   Cheesy , it's just one of them "feels", it's a bit fishy.

There are definitely red flags but people will invest because they believe it will be pumped before it gets dumped. Another game of musical chairs my friends...

ICOcountdown = useful member of the community.

Although I've not substantiated his claims on this specific ico since i was not interested in it.

I'm glad there are people doing their best to look into these constant ICO scams. They are seeking to ruin the entire cryto community.

I can only hope fairly launched POW will make a big come back soon before too many BTC are extracted from would be crypto investors.

This due to the referrals ?

I was wondering lately as well since I tried posting them on my bitcoin channel which i do have bitcoin users that might be interested to invest on ICO but found out no eon ever register under me when few of them replied to my post saying they did register.

Alty left Cloakcoin originally. It's due to this and all sorts of other things listed in that post.

Oh he left, I just read it. I never thought they've actually made it back them, its was very successful though. 11$/ cloak is definitely a good success.
Too bad it just turn out to be scam when they all dump and left. I suspect history may repeat itself again if RISE get to be on the market.

Does anyone think they can get the attention of either of the supposed escrow holders (Richie Lai or John L. Jegutanis)? If they testify to the legitimacy of the project, that could clear things up.

Just did some research in the management of this project. Alty definately has a past:

http://cointelegraph.com/news/cloakcoin-we-had-to-do-everything-from-scratch-only-the-name-has-stuck

I really do not know about trusting him with a Real Estate Project.

Also anyone remember Zetacoin?

Well the graphic designer has definately worked with them before.

Testnet coins still do not receive a balance.

Affiliate Links are clearly under the developers control thus not providing any provable evidence of marketing for anyone:

As always if someone wants to prove me wrong that would be great.

I am delisting this from http://icocountdown.com
