The first one will be ok.
In the cable schematics you can see shielding.

Something like this one, but shorter (100cm)

This sentence is important:

Our 6ft USB 3.0 A to A device cable features high quality Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) construction, helping to prevent electro-magnetic interference and ensuring reliable data communication.

It´s a problem of cable. Anyway, signal from pci-e will not survive in unshielded cables. EMI generates by psu, cables and so on will penetrate unshielded cable and thats it.
You need to use a very good cable. I am using 100cm and is it ok, but this will be almost the limit.... I am sure that more than 150cm will be almost imposible...

Thanks for your answer.
I bought here :

It's unshielded ??
Any link, otherwise, of 90cm+ very good cable ?

Hi all

I just bought 3 USB3.0 cables, they are big, I thought thay could do the job.
It is 90cm cables, cause my MB is 'far' from the GPU's

Even with big usb3.0 cables, cards are no longer recognised, or few times, then no.
Is it the fault of the length of the cables ?

The riser have cable that doesn't exceed 60cm usually.. But it's a little small for me
