What makes you think that Bobsurplus is broke? Maybe he will weigh in here, but I seriously doubt that he's broke.
Funny stuff, where did you get that he is broke from? Ask yourself how did he begin his scamming but can't do it now? He is not broke and he will never be broke until/unless the feds catch up with him for the 100,000's that he has stolen/been given.
Do you mean this Robert "Bob" Duskes is now broke? I had to Google for the name and this came near the top. Is he affiliated with the blocknet in any way? I have yet to find out what the blocknet is, but I have noticed its name from time to time. What's all this stuff about scams, is that just to do with Bob, or is it also related to the blocknet??
