The 9th circuit court has the most cases overturned in the nation... that's what he is referring to. He is basically saying they do what they like regardless of the law.

Not for long will that continue ...

To become a judge of the magnitude of the Supreme Court, a judge has to be his own person for some long time. Nobody knows who will become President 30 or 40 years down the road. The judge is who he is, and just happens to fit a particular president better than some other president.

The most important thing is this. Supreme Court judges exist for helping to balance the government corporation. If a judge's ruling injures you, or deprives you of your freedom in some way, take it to Federal District Court in common law, where the judge is only a referee, and the jury (the real judge) decides whether or not a law applies to you.

Be careful to allow your half of the jury people that seem to be on your side when you question them ahead of time.

What Trump usually and in this case also fails to to is point out facts, just saying that someone is definitely "Obama judge" and wants to speaks against everything he says, is not very bulletproof point. Also saying that "What happens in the Circuit 9 is a shame" doesn't really shine a light of what exactly is wrong there.

Whereas I think undeniably all the judges have some sort of a political view and will probably act according somewhat to that we can take Roberts statement that they do not have Obama, Trump or Bush judges but "What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them." kinda puts this in perspective in my case. Isn't a lot of Trump's fights trying to eliminate equal rights for everyone and often standing for the so-called SWM views instead of trying to make it better for all. Well, when it comes to guns he definitely sees that everyone should have their hands on them, but otherwise...

It is a wonderful ideal that I used to believe in, that judiciary adheres only to law and justice, is completely impartial and independant of politics.

While I find chief Justice Roberts statement to be noble, defending the "Obama Judge", I think it is probably not true. I would love it to be true and I support his attempt to defend judicial independance and impartiality. But sadly I think reality is different from how things should be.

Maybe this ideal is impossible, forever.

What do you think, are there Trump, Obama, Bush judges?
