Hey everyone.  GOOD NEWS!! Paypal did the right thing and denied Robertt's "unanuthorized transaction".

Email I received from paypal this morning:
"We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer’s account. This
case was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account."

So I received my funds that were being held and Robertt is still an A$$H0LE

Take that Robertt!!

I just received PayPal's decision for the case.
Case resolved in my favor and PayPal did not reverse the payment Smiley

Glad things went well mate. It's best you lock the thread now.
I am not the one who created this thread. Let's wait OP to reply and lock the thread (assuming his payment would also not have been reversed)

Well this is also the first time for me to read this incident and I am not quite familiar with Robertt. Thank you actually sharing this kind of feedback I am pretty sure that you can get over it. Somehow you can still earn that amount and lesson to be learned. I really hate scammers they are so bad they couldn't even think what might happen to them if this will be return back. This is a good awareness for all of us now..

With this kind of trust rating he should leave bitcointalk for good,I am very disappointed with this guy I even commend him on one of his thread about being a campaign  manager,I think this guy just want to scam people in the first place and he orchestrated it nicely..
by watching a newbie ranked who just signing up a week before applying and deciding to be a signature campaign manager you can see what's the purpose of this person by applying as a signature campaign manager, and he'd opening an escrow service too, ironic
he had a good start by becoming a campaign manager first on this forum,he is very active on services ,offering every kind of job to build his reputation so in the end he can scam people,he is good doing it,maybe in real life he is more good on doing this things..
This comment was too unusual to pass up on.
Then he must be a lawyer like Jimmy from better call Saul  Cheesy

Just ignore me. You're a nice guy, I'm in a bad mood right now.
Seriously not a good reason...
Even if you are in a bad mood, you should never offend anyone like this, dude...
My only advice is, remain patient unless you think you can speak something which can convince everyone...
See, due to your bad mood, you got too many negatives...

What is this shit? I must be really stoned, but is this a soap opera in progress? Some weird Fight Club/Sixth Sense moment? You speaking to yourself or this is your equally addicted gambling twin with loan problems?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1318061.0;all

I mean what is all this garbage? You bought this account?

What a comedy

Thanks a lot to everyone, the whole community for your trust...
I am here to repay guys, trust me...
I won't ruin my reputation for any amount of BTC, as I love Bitcoiners and Bitcointalk, you guys are my family...

Awful .. truly awful .. all of it, whatever that is, but I guess that what happens when dealing with kids.

Sorry, who?

Wow, that was fast and was made after all this that came into existence...
It's getting a lot interesting to see how members are taking advantage of people's stupidity and scamming them the hell out of here...
I hate it when someone gets scammed...

When's your boyfriend moahmed going to pay back his loan?
Only a few months late. I hope there was no interest on that.

People should check their own collars how dirty they are, before pointing their fingers and advising someone else for the same, dude...
Don't worry, he's in a big problem which is why he is not able to show here up, but you have been here, and I didn't criticize you in any means, neither did I take your name, nor did I say anything in regards to you, then why the heck are you talking BS with me like this???

If I take a loan, how will I get that money to pay back?
My loans previously were for business which made money. If I take one to pay, the lender loses money.
Just like you did all the previous fuckin times. You mean to say your business is done ?There is no way you can try to pay them back ?Well, this shows your intentions of never paying them back. This is all planned and you know it,anyway your account was a throwaway since day 1 ,you have 10 other alts which will continue to suck money from this forum. You started an escrow service to scam as well.Dude, you're the type of person whose balls needs to be chopped and stick them under your chin.Flithy fuck, you're going to repay every penny you scammed in life.Hope you snap your neck and die.

I'm trying. If I didn't care why would I still be here?
I have no fucking alts

Sardasa  the 1JR is a deposit address.
You mean you are completely broke & can not arrange 0.183+0.2 BTC from your own? The debit card statement that you showed me had lot more money in that.
Don't believe what he says or types. He is a low life scum who would go heights to scam .In his above 5 comments he has lied 10 times already.I'm very sure has funds with his other addresses considering scamming is his daily routine. Also he can manage 0.18 by taking loans from any of his friends on this forum and pay them later but I guess he won't because he is what he call a low life scum piece of filthy shit.

If you didn't then why your address which you have on your PayPal a/c doesn't match up with your real location?
As per address on your PayPal a/c you should be 8 hours behind my time zone but you're actually 14 hours behind.
Care to explain?

Why would PayPal write these statements in their e-mail to me?

If you figure out how to send money via limited pp let me know,
Wow, traced me back to Australia. Check my posts for more
You know, these people can willingly accept  payment in bitcoins as well. You can stop yourself from gambling at PrimeDice or Rollin for a week or two and pay them back dude.I know this is not a big amount for you considering the bigger scams you have pulled.Or you can  ask bigger loans from one of your loan buddies who trust you blindly and somehow manage to pay back ?

Obviously you can compare their broken English with mine and see that.

Que?

Rainman it is, and you can test yourself by throwing down an open pack of matches and if you guess right how many are on the floor .. you are rainman. Try and let me know.

And you really think I'd bother making more than one?
They both need phone verification.
I can barely verify a Skype account, how could I verify gmail and PayPal?

You know what, sometimes I have been hard on you and thats why I want to apologize.

No, i apologize, you are not rainman. I believe you, you surely can .. i mean, you even asked for phone verification in the other thread cause you lost too many accounts on one day  Cheesy Cheesy

So, when there is a will, theres a solution. Do you need more verification? I can show you websites, dont worry.

I did not chargeback. I got the email from PayPal stating that I was limited because a suspicious transaction, and the two transactions were put on hold,
If I was going to scam why wouldn't I chargeback the other $100 I did with sardasa?

Amazing Robertt, you just appeared "right in time", your twin.. sorry *cough*.. your spiritual friends are also discussing things in other threads

I haven't spent much time over in the currency exchange section of this forum.  I don't expect to get anything back, I have already written this off as a loss.  Just trying to get the word out to other potential victims.
And you have green trust.  I find that a little bit amazing, truth be told.  Even if you don't spend much time in the currency exchange section you really have no excuse for not knowing that PayPal is the worst way to do deals with bitcoin when the PayPal party is not trusted.  And I agree with the others when they say you ought to have known better.

The problem is this board and the way of it. You need to be scammed to receive a negative rep and same time, they know this... thats why they often do the "idiot pinguin" after trying a scam ... "oh sorry, didnt know my account is worth nothing for a loan" .. "oh sir, sorry, you are right, i will use escrow"... "oh yes, im a newbie, sorry sir".. blabla
Actually, no. That excuses might work with some guys that leave feedback, but certainly not with everyone.

As far as I get it, you cant leave anyone negative feedback without "valid" proof (and that proof, what i have seen here, exists only after the scam).
If you can tie those accounts you mention to Robertt with solid evidence, I'd see that as enough reason to leave a negative to them aswell.

So my idea in all of this is not to collect the data.. even a whole list of alts doesnt make any sense (they wont ever use them again).
Would force them to start from newbie again, with neat 5 minutes post cooldown and other privileges.
Something worth the effort IMO.

Its like politics, the same.. you see it, you know its wrong, you wouldnt even bet a cent on "right" and yet too many remain silent due to some "code of law" to prove.. Im not that one, I point it out because these people are abusing your own rules. 5 minutes here and there, its NOT one person, its organized and you most likely have like 100 accounts daily signed up from the same vpn....

Bottom line, admins dont care, same as politics ( Grin) because it all works fine, money coming in - but once this board is flooded with these clowns the admins will act like "oh yes, we know what to do" .. shit, u knew years ago already. Anyway... its all about Bitcoins, no address, no nothing... the only thing you can really do is, to destroy them in the moment where they put so much effort into it. In that moment, you think you didnt win anything but you won alot, because they lost shitloads (if you care about that)

And when you do, you get the mother fucker, idiot, bullshit type of comments along with the same old trust abuse cry.

Btw, this forum's system is truly fucked. Only a matter of time before another master-p incident happens with all the trust building by simply outing scammers (or their own alts lol). Hell, you don't even need to trade here to be trusted so anybody can pretty much do it.

I can write the next reply for Robertt, exactly gonna know how this is playing out.

"It's different this time, I really didn't scam anyone.
I've received the PayPal funds from another account myself. I traded with user X, YBTC for $Z.
Only today I realized that the funds I then sent to you guys have been reversed. I wasn't the initiator of this.

The thought of someone scamming for $100 though is pretty sad.
I mean I guess this adds up since if he does this x10 times with however many alts he has.. then thats damage. I just wish there was a site that collected everyones alt that used for scamming.. its kinda hard to follow alts.
You are searching for the known alts of anyone thread. It's far from being complete, but it's a start.
Collecting the 3 (the ones I know of) currently open scam accusations, it's not $100, but a total of $223 that user scammed from this alt, probably even more coming up in the next days.

You should try and dispute that with Paypal.
When involving cryptos, paypal always sides with the one who sends/reverses the payment. Opening a dispute won't help much, as PayPal got things like this covered in their TOS.
There is a reason why we got a sticky thread in the currency exchange forum saying "Beware of PayPal [...]"

Not always, mostly when a unauthorized claim is made. Don't forget their digital goods policy which is why I actually recommend escrow for legit members who are not using a VPN / proxy, hacked or stealth account and using PayPal funds.

OK... that means there is no way of getting the money back. It is probably because the Bitcoin is very untraceable and volatile still.
BTC is irreversible once confirmed, PayPal is reversible up to 180 (or even 365) days in every case. No friends and family, no other option will help you against that.

A notable read is also what spoetnik has to say to the topic:

PayPal unlike many other services forbids the use of digital currencies. They have been seizing accounts for years. it happened to me.
When i google searched the email Paypal sent me i seen a guy post the same one here back in 2012. It's not chargebacks you need to be worried about it's simply forbidden!
and THEY WILL seize your account and take money. Avoid PayPal with Crypto or suffer the consequences.

UPDATE!  3/1/2016
