There is physically no way to tell they're fake to the naked eye.
The only difference between the real ones and mine are the movement and gears inside the watch. While the real watches uses multimillion dollar industrial tools to create it's movement, these watches still have a mechanical movement but just not as sophisticated. The exterior is all the same though.
