I did not receive any warnings from Razer. He lies that he warned me. I made only 4 bets on sports, after which the account was blocked.

Ahh... I see.

Given Rollbit can not share private information here, and you insist that the evidence is nonexistent, that you or your friend have never been warned by Rollbit, I don't think we can get a resolution without someone being a third-party and having an access to those info, in other words: an arbitrator.

Since it's sports-related, I don't think CG will want to handle this. You can try to escalate this to them though, see if they will try to mediate the case and limiting the scope to multi-account detection. Otherwise, I think the other way is only by escalating this to their master license holder. From time to time, Rollbit stated their willingness to cooperate with a mediation of their licensor, and will provide necessary information to them.

However, due to the nature of licensor's mediation that can take weeks, I'm advising you to give CG a shot first, see if they would want to mediate with condition as mentioned above.

Is there any news about my complaint? I still haven't received an answer from Razer: what rule did I break? and where is the evidence that I was warned not to open a new account?

The whereabout of the evidence of you being warned not to open new account, I believe only you [or your friend] can provide it. Rollbit has previously expressed reluctance in sharing private-natured information to public, a txID, in concern of and in respect to their privacy. I strongly assume they will not be willing to share something that's even more private like an exchange of email.

What was your bet about, again? Was it casino games or sport related?

Oh, I see. To confirm, you and your friend are not accessing the site from the same computer that your other friend [the one recommending it and played around one year ago] use?
No, you got it wrong. There is only one friend not two.
If I'm getting OP's story right then this is the chronological order of events: his friend used to play on Rollbit but stopped playing there more than a year ago. He recently (on January) suggested it to OP who created an account using his friend computer (with which he used to play).
Both OP and his friend used the same device to access Rollbit. According to Rollbit's support this isn't supposed to be a problem. So, I suppose there is more to the story than what have been shared.

The friend who told me about rollbit has an account and logged into his account from
my computer. But that's not a crime, is it?

That's not a crime, no. Could you please let us know their display name?

I would like to know from Rollbit Razer what more to this story as from the OP I can see what he said is so far correct. Rollbit Razer assured him it was not supposed to be an issue but then they decided to ban the account.

Yeah, I wanted to know more too. I believe there is more to the story than OP tell. And since I don't think OP will tell us, best source will be Rollbit. But Rollbit [like several other casinos] usually will not return to a thread when they think the case is closed and they've provide enough.

Thus, I relied on alternative means of communcation, reaching him through PM about two hours ago, asking his help to provide an email from their side, showing their support told him that his previous account was banned.

P.s.: I believe there is a small error on your quote? By the end of your post.

There was only one friend who stopped playing there almost a year ago. There were no other accounts.

What I was trying to say was, they may have found other supposedly connected accounts other than the two you mentioned after doing their background checks.

Otherwise, why use the terms "prolific abuser" and "banned several times"?

Any chance @Rollbit Razer could confirm this to us?

Ahh... thanks. That's way more logical than what I previously had on my mind.

The narrative above roughly correct, OP? If it is, can you tell us why your friend stopped playing about a year ago? Was it on his own will or was it because he got banned or other similar nature?

A friend of mine played on this site almost a year ago and recommended it to me. I opened my account on the same computer that my friend played on in January of this year and made 4 bets, after which my account was blocked. Razer did not tell me which point of their rules I violated and to which licensing authority I can file a complaint.

My account is closed, so I can't take a screenshot from my personal account. What other evidence do I need to provide?

I'll ask once more, in case you missed that part of my post: that part of conversation with their support team, stating as you claimed, that he allowed you and your friend to access through the same PC, it'll be very much appreciated.

There was only one friend who stopped playing there almost a year ago. There were no other accounts.

So which one is it, exactly? You and your friend were betting on the same computer or your friend played there somewhere around one year ago and have been stopped playing ever since? Make up your mind.

IMO OP, Razer has already spoken and found evidences that you're abusing them. They've told you not to come back when you've been caught but you still came back and then have this complain.

I think that you're aware of the consequences of your actions and despite that, you have violated their warning and still pursued of what you've done.

I don't think that even you justify it with some other reasonings, if the evidence and they've already spoken how firm you've abused them, it is not going to do a thing or two to change their decision.

It looks like your account's suspension will not be uplifted now from the comment of razer. And with all of the casinos policies, avoid using the same computer or device for any acquaintance of yours that uses the same casino, it should be common sense.

I myself wrote to the support that my friend and I were betting from the same computer, but the support replied to me that this was not a crime. Bets were placed at different times and on different matches.

But you were only asking for you and the "friend", no? because judging from Razer's post in this thread, they appear to have connected other accounts as well. Emphasis on "prolific" and "banned several times"

And this phrase: "Banned several times for limit circumvention and made aware not to return." is a lie. Neither my friend nor I received any warnings.

Am I missing something because I could see this from your email screenshot

Can you show us such open approval by the support?

As long as I know or from my experience, from the same computer even from the same IP if there are more than one account then it means you both accounts are owned by the same person. KYC can separate but it can not prove if the same person is not betting in the platform.

We are still waiting for your supporting evidences. It will be very much helpful and easier if you can provide necessary details soonest possible. Otherwise, we can't see if any of your statement hold their weight, much like the conversation with support team mentioned above.

I am notifying Razer about this.

Thanks for the heads up here, Holy!

In this case, OP is a prolific sportsbook abuser. Banned several times for limit circumvention and made aware not to return.

They returned and were caught by our system.

If I am not mistaken, on your previous case with maverick, you mentioned that you traveled a lot and uses VPN, which could contribute to some other account [that is not belonged to you] to be linked to you if you use free VPN, though the possibility is somewhat small, given Rollbit usually matched several datapoints to be sure with their findings of multi-acc abuse prior to locking the account.

I have another theory about sportsbook limitation in my head, I think similar situation [regarding sportsbook] happened in the past, but it's a whole another level of mess I'm currently not interested to dive myself into, so I'll keep that theory for myself for the time being.

I am notifying Razer about this.

I just went through your post history, and I noticed that this is not the first site that has accused you of "multi-accounting" due to a similar IP address usage; the first one was Maverick, but they were kind enough to return your initial deposit (I guessed that`s the reason you complained about Rollbits not returning your deposit).

But if you`re sure you didn`t do what you`re currently being accused of, then go ahead and post a link to this thread in their ann thread so as to notify them and also PM Rollbit Razor, for a faster response (after providing proofs as stated above).

would you mind sharing evidence like screenshots of your conversation with their support on the chat or emails to back up your claims? I am asking for evidence not because I think you are lying but because it'll help add more context to your post and help people understand the whole picture of the issue you are experiencing.

A friend of mine told me about a Rollbit betting site. I signed up on January 21st and made a $3,000 deposit. I made 4 bets and I had $3,800 in my account. After that, my account was blocked and I was asked to send the documents. I have sent all the requested documents. After that, I was asked if I have other accounts on this site. I replied that I had only one account. After that, I received this message: "Thanks for following up. The accounts are now permanently banned for sportsbook abuse, specifically circumventing our sportsbook limits across multiple accounts.

Do not create further accounts as those will also be closed with any funds forfeited." I didn't get any bonuses. I did not increase the betting limits using the multiaccount. They just stole money from my account, without even returning the deposit. My username is [email protected]
