OP is probably not coming back and give us an update of this case. Is it safe to assume that the withdrawal request has been approved that's why there are no more follow ups? Razer said it's expected to be processed two days ago.

Well, it's the thing with some people here. Whenever they encounter an issue with a company, they will come running here to complain but won't make out the time to update their thread when the issues have been resolved. No reply from OP probably mean that the case has been resolved.

maybe, but there have been cases where the investigation gets extended(but when that happens usually the complainant updates the thread they created). it would be nice if the OP or perhaps Rollbit Razer could update us about the case. I am really curious about the status of this case, $110k+ is a huge amount of money and I would love to know if it has been resolved.

What happened:: I deposited some money on Rollbit. I played some hands of baccarat and decided I didn't want to play anymore. I decided to withdrawal my balance and have been getting the run round around since. Saying its at the review department and now at the developers for a withdrawal. If anyone could provide some insight or help please let me know.

It is a big withdrawal and you submitted the request after playing not too much on their platform. It triggers AML verficiation as they answered you above.

They told you to wait so now, let's cool down and wait for their investigation and final answer to you.

Binance was used by some users with tainted coins and they got punishment from DOJ. I am sure Rollbit will not want to be trapped by users. If your cryptocurrency is clean, no worry, investigation result will be on your side.

Reflecting from other cases, part of the verifying and reviewing withdrawals are not handled and decided by a casino's internal team, one of process of it was ensuring there are no cheating happened during the entire play, and it's done by a third party verifier. That is why they can not give an exact timeframe when will the review be done.

Let me ask Razer to see if the third-party verification has been completed and your withdrawal is simply waiting to be processed by their team and if he can expedite it. He hasn't been online for a while, please give some time for him to notice my PM.

I get you're frustrated, OP, but let's keep some perspective here.  24 hours isn't so long in the grand scheme of things.  Large withdrawals like yours often trigger extra verification to prevent fraud.  Annoying yes, but casinos just watching their back.

I'd just wait and give their customer support a little more time to sort this out before getting too bent out of shape and  I'm confident they'll come through within a reasonable timeframe.  Getting riled up right now probably wont help move things along.

There is really nothing you can do but wait.

But I find it strange that the developers are the ones that need to review the transaction, I would be more normal if its the finance department. Depositing +$100k, playing for a bit then requesting a withdraw will for sure trigger an AML review.

I am not siding with Rollbit or anything but it is a big withdrawal so I kind of understand why they want to review it first before going forward with anything. I am guessing that they are reviewing whether your bets were legitimate and no foul play happened.

I'll PM their forum representative(Rollbit Razer) informing him about this thread, hopefully, he can give more insight about what's going on about the issue you are currently experiencing on their site.
