Its pretty worrying that those rollbit reports roll in daily currently.

I am thinking about removing it from my website.

Maybe you should consider the scam accusation board very well and look into most of the reported cases of scam related issues from casinos, you will discover that rollbit was not the only one having this kind of challenge on members report, it applies to other gambling platforms once accused here, but come to think about it this way, you're also guilty because you have givem them something to hold against you by using a complicated ip address, things like this would have been stated in their ToS.

very funny . you're telling it with the water running down your mouth as if it's been cheated.  there are no fraudulent bets . no cheating . your reasons are invalid . you make the rules yourself, you dance by yourself.

I am writing this last article to prevent this from happening to others. Since I became a member, all my withdrawal transactions were approved within 1 hour. 42 total withdrawals and each takes 1 hour. Some of them took 6-7 hours. This means it is impossible for them not to examine my account. Everything was known from the beginning. They said it was enough because I played professionally. Never connected from the same phone. I agree with the same wallet address. It also happened when I directly addressed it to my friend. But there were no fraudulent bets, friends. make sure of this. If you are constantly winning, stay away from rollbit.

Been wanting to ask this from the first time I posted on this thread: can you re-upload the image in your opening post? It's been inaccessible when I read this thread, so some context was missing for me and hopefully it'll help me understand your situation better. Upload them to talkimg.

Meanwhile, why do you deposit and withdraw from your friend's address?

As a side note, Razer never say anything about fraudulent betting, no? The reason behind your case was due to circumventing betting limitation.

Thanks for allowing me time to review this.

This was a clear-cut case of circumventing our sportsbook limits via the creation of another account.

Their initial account was registered Jul 29, 2022 and was subsequently limited Mar 24, 2023.

After this limit was put in place, there was very minimal sportsbook activity.

Their next account, and the account referenced in this thread, was created Jun 1, 2023.

They continued betting on the sportsbook without the limits that should have applied, until once again being flagged by our sportsbook provider.

During our review we discovered that they had been previously limited and therefore the account was locked with any profits forfeited.

Note: we permit users who have been limited to continue, but they must do this via their limited account. Limit increase requests can be submitted via our support.

Both accounts were linked via several data points. Data points that we're happy to publicly disclose include, same device and same withdrawal & deposit addresses.

The profits we deducted were leftover on their balance. Considering both of their accounts, they were still able to withdraw enough to be more than $3,000 in profit.

OP, you would have been fine continuing on the initial account but due to this event we ask that you do not open further accounts here. Thank you.

razer was last online on the 25th of the month. it's been 6 days today . why are we still not getting answers

I am aware of that, I was writing another PM to Razer, notifying him for another case, when you made the post above. As he's not replying to any thread, he's probably just online for a brief moment and was unable to attend to any case. I'll remind him of this case [if he didn't already address it himself] next time he's online.

I think it's the former rather than the latter, that OP accessed Rollbit through same IP as his friend, who got limited.

Anyway, OP, I've hailed Razer through PM just now. He was online, tackling other case on neighboring thread, let's hope he's still online and read my message and come here to give his input.

Thanks for informing me about this thread! Happy to take another look at this one.

OP, could you please provide your display name here or via PM?

Hello again, you called Razer, after coming here and asking for my username, he didnt write again. I checked, he became online after I told him my username, but he still did not respond and did not solve our problem.

Give him time, a few days perhaps. The exchange of communication happened only yesterday, and this is a weekend, things are understandably go slower. He probably is getting to know your case better and see what's the problem is.

The issues there is that you both were sharing same internet, I could recall a case like that which the representative came to reply on the thread about their operation of prohibition of multiple accounts sharing same internet. Alternatively it could be that your friend tried to login your account and has tried several times without succeeding this action could lead to account frozen or locked for some period if days but with this action if closing your account is something I can't comprehend. I believe Rollbit has an active campaign so it's better you contact their manager to help you out.

Most at times it's too sensitive to be sharing same network while browsing some site, I hope to hear good news from Razer though I might not the level of OP's offense but when it comes about gambling and deposit bonus casinos or gambling site do not always finds it funny while for two user to sign up using same device and internet. I have read many cases over here, even though I haven't developed myself into gambling but with the basic knowledge here I can take precautions not fall victims.

You are trying to cheat the system OP, your question was answered and yet you are forming like you are innocent, sigh you people will never learn, you are caught red handed and stop trying to make Rollbit casino look bad.

The team replied you by saying you are trying to deceive the casino's sportsbook limit, and you are trying to make it look like two brothers living in a house and using the same IP, that can't be right.

Sorry there is no way anyone can help you out of this, next time when you plan to gamble on any casino you will use only one account or risk getting the same result you got right now, I hope you learn from this.

Rollbit is clean and people like you can't tarnish their image, not until they really do something bad, but for now, their reputation is good.

Rollbit is by far not clean!
Why are there complaints about them all the time?
Why did they buy stolen/hacked stake account data to send promotion emails to existing stake VIP members?

If that is clean, I don't know.

Also, what advantage would a multiple account have when not getting a bonus? I know it's against the rules, and that's ok of course, but why would you call OP a cheater if there is no advantage?
If it was actually to circumvent limits then both accounts must have made the same bets on the same games, which need to be proved. OP says he bets football, the other "person"/account bets tennis. I don't see any limit abuse there.

Thank you very much for your support.

You translated my feelings. They unjustly confiscated my money. People don't understand because they haven't experienced it themselves. One day, they may suddenly confiscate your money.

I would like to ask all of you who say there is certain T&S and PoS; do you know Rollbit doesn't even ask for your birthdate? You are all advocating for a site that allows underage people or children to gamble with their [email protected] emails without getting KYC'd after 500.000$ deposit. I see no reason for anyone to support this site unless they are on a signature campaign.

I was actually referring to the part I underlined, that they consider betting from different game accounts [in other words, different username] from the same IP address. As your friend were already registered to that IP, once you made a bet with your account using the same home wifi connection as him, you're considered breaching the terms you agreed with them.

The case became worse as your friend were limited, this makes your account to be perceived as an attempt to circumventing a betting limitation.

What do you think about them confiscating my money? I have never had any fraudulent or group bets.

Well, if you ask me, giving you the benefit of doubts that your narrative is honest and your friend suggested the site to you, I think you both need to use this as a learning medium. A lot --if not most-- casino forbid more than one accounts from the same household, this is a quite known knowledge amongst crypto gamblers. It's quite surprising that you both didn't know about this rule already. And further, your betting technique, many casinos also frowned upon betting with low odds [1.01, 1.02].

Oh, sorry. I got the time of your registration mixed up. Your friend was limited since March, you registered since July, and your friend ultimately deleted his account on September, this is the correct rough timeline?

I might be wrong, but I think the rule below is what they consider you've breached

3.27. Clients are allowed to bet only as individuals, group bets are not allowed. Repeated bets on the same results / winners from the same or different customers may subsequently be declared invalid. Even after the official result of the competition / athletes is already known, Sportsbook platform may consider the indicated bets invalid if it considers that the Clients act in collusion or as a syndicate, or the bets considered were made by one or more Clients within a short period of time. The betting company also has the right to refuse to accept bets or to count already made bets as invalid if they are made from different game accounts from the same IP address.

We have never bet together. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't bet with me. Group betting is definitely out of the question. I've been on my own since I started betting. Bets were made on rollbit only from my account. Dear helpful friend, what's wrong with this? 🥺

Your roommate got his bet limited to $1 since March, and you have your account since last year, so, roughly around September last year? Won't their excuse valid, then? For about 6 months [if not more], you're playing from the same IP as your friend?

I've been betting since I signed up at the suggestion of my roommate. After I registered, he did not place even 1 bet. He wasn't there when I was there. But he didn't tell me that his account was limited. After learning that he was restricted, I asked him to delete his account. He deleted his account on September 6. While I continued to play without any problems, 1 month later my account was confiscated and my money was not given because there were 2 accounts with the same IP address. I think my only mistake is betting on odds of 1.01 and 1.02. It's easy to get an odds of 1.01, but I lost my entire deposit 3 times. everything has a risk.

We are 2 separate people. Is it a crime if we live in the same house? Can't people living in the same house bet on rollbit? Even if we use the mobile phone operator's internet network, our phone automatically connects to our home's wifi network when we enter the house. We are both KYC approved. We can even make video calls. We are ready to prove everything. But rollbit doesn't even allow us to prove it. ignores.

Do you mind giving us more info about this case with what I asked above your post? It's still unanswered. I'll PM rollbit's representative and invite them here once I understand the situation from your side better.

I think my roommate cant bet since March. Couldn't bet more than $1. My account was never banned. I have withdrawn money 42 times since July without any problems. I had no betting limits until my account was closed. I made hundreds of bets. Even though we both did KYC verification, my account was suddenly closed with the excuse that there were 2 accounts with the same IP address.

So, this is the rough chronological narrative: your friend created rollbit account last year, got limited from months ago, never played on rollbit again because of it, and ultimately deleted his account last month, in September. On July this year, you created an account and start betting, and earlier this month, your account somehow got banned? Do we know exactly when did your friend's account got limited and why?

If things really happens just as you have explained it to be, then I would say that you are sure undeserving a closure of your account just like that, with your money or funds forfeited, this should not be..

Like every one else have said or suggested, I will also advice that you continue to reach out to their customer care, and also consider creating a scam accusation against them, this is if you are very sure that you are telling us the truth, create a scam accusation against them, I believe this will move them to properly and promptly look into your case and have it resolved immediately.

I didn't break TOS. I've been here for 3 months. When I was withdrawing money, my withdrawal was already approved late. In this way, I am sure that they review my account every time. Has there been no news yet? Of course there was. The security department was constantly approving my withdrawals late. maybe 3 hours. I withdrew money 42 times, and each time they knew there were 2 verified accounts with the same IP address. What they're accusing me of are 2 accounts belonging to the same device. this is not possible . I know what I'm doing. I neither logged in from my friend's phone nor he logged into mine. that's for sure. Even though I constantly write to support, they do not even write me a letter about withdrawing money. why do you think? I am innocent. My friend, it's been 5 months since I stopped playing here. We live in the same house and we have 1 home internet in our house. I can officially prove this. My roommate has the right to register here, but I don't? I think there is. I did not receive any registration bonus. I want to fight about this issue. And I'm ready to prove everything. But is rollbit ready? I repeat, we have an official residence document proving that we live in the same house. And I can prove other things that need to be proven. I never logged in from my friend's phone, nor did he. I hope nothing like this will happen to you my dear friends.

Its a pretty safe bet that you wont be getting your account back but you might be able to get your money back. BUT this depends a lot about where you are from (legal reasons).
Send them a message that if a refund of the remaining balance is not done, you will contact the local police department and make an official complaint. If they still wont do it, then do just that, go to the police. Really is as simple as that, the ensuing legal bs is not worth the 450$ for them.
I don't think think that it's about KYC issues or where OP is located as it shown on his screenshot that it looks like OP is KYC verified but he'd violated sportsbook terms, most likely multi betting or accounts.

It's unlikely that OP will be able to have an access to his accounts anymore due to his violation, this is just a common complaint of someone who got caught having multiple accounts then saying that it's not them but they're relatives or friends. Suing or reporting won't help OP  Tongue
Btw, all those points are kind of irrelevant. He might be have violated the sportsbooks terms and might be (or maybe it really is his friend) betting on several accounts. This does not however change the fact that the  original deposit is still his to claim (he will most likely need to forefeit the winnings). This also applies to casino bonuses btw, in most juristiction you may withdraw your initial deposit even if a bonus is active (tho you will need to frfeit the bonus). Because lets remember that a TOS does not superceed the law.

I did not have any fraudulent behavior. We both verified our account. We are two separate people. ok you can close my account. Ok . But you can't take my money. please someone help me. I will cry out of anger. please please please

You should read terms carefully especially if you are sharing internet connection with user that has same account on the casino because they clearly stated on ToS that only one per household or something allowed to create an account and claim bonuses.

Your only chance to refund your money is your total deposit but not the profit since you violate their terms. It’s really unfair but if you agree terms without reading while commit what mention in there as violation then you don’t have a say on it. Your issue is very hard to prove via virtual proof since your IP sharing is a clear evidence for multiple account as per terms description.

We live with 2 friends at home. We are using the same internet. Me and my housemate have an account on rollbit.

I am just fed up with these friends, brothers and sisters stories. Whenever anyone is caught using multiple accounts, they usually come up with a similar type of story.  Angry

I have been contacting support non-stop for 1 hour. I'm constantly creating new messages. It says "seen" under my messages, but they never respond to any of my messages.

Do you think that this is the right behavior to contact the support non-stop for an hour or so ? And you think that by doing this, they will stop all their priorities and attend to you Shocked

But they're totally cowardly ducks.

If any support person from Rollbit read what you think of them, this is not going to help your case in anyway.

I forgot to say this. My roommate already deleted his account last month. I suspected that they would make excuses because I kept winning. I asked my friend to delete his account. I have placed 150 bets in 1 month. Where were they until now? As they kept winning, they attracted their attention and defrauded me.
Why all of a sudden you asked a friend to delete His account last month when he had been playing and registered Year ahead from yours?
and while you did that yet continue to Play in rollbit? is there any flag that you received so your friend sacrificed His account for you?
because if there is one that needs to be deleted I believe it is yours not Hers?
sorry but there seems to be part of the story that you still not telling us here.
still , iam trying to get answer from live chat and mail , but they dont reply my witdrawal question . Definetly they dont write one Word about how will i witdrawal .

don't make it  hard mate because you are banned so expect no answers from your withdrawal.
maybe ask them more about your violation aside from betting in sports .
Basically because he is probably full of shit if ya ask me. There is no reason to ask anyone to delete anything if you're legit.

@OP, the casino already responded to you. You had multiple accounts and were limited on 1 in their sportsbook. Instead of accepting that, you made another account and tried to break the rules surpassing the limits set on your 1st account.

Before you go answering me crying saying you are 2 different people, I'm not buying it. I'm sure you had a friend sign up and make a separate account so if asked you could provide documents, but I think both accounts were likely in your control. I could be wrong but this is my feeling.

We both have an account on stake.com. separately . We have not had any problems. We have been on stake.com for 2 years. One of the reasons why they defrauded me here may be that I constantly bet on the odds of 1.01 and 1.02. Because I always win. Because I bet by watching the match. I'm sure I'm not acting fraudulently at all. I'm sure I'm sure ok close my account. Ok . But they can't confiscate my money unjustly.

The way you placed your bets must have caught their attention. The moment they noticed that there were more accounts coming from the same IP address, it caused a red flag for them.
You (both) should probably be careful with Stake if you use the same betting system

I don't know why, but it seems to me that you forgot some other things to tell us here, which may have directly affected the ban on your account. Honestly, it doesn't seem logical to me that the two of you are using several of the same casinos at the same time. At least you don't look like ordinary users

No we dont use same system . My housemate bet only on tennis. Only tennis . And i bet only on football bets.Admin razer can check this . There are different things.

It is unfortunate OP but I was thinking you could have been able to use your own personal network while making use of the casino. Of lately, complaints of this nature have been coming forth from members here and it seems casinos are  not really ready to give into those excuse as a reason for sharing same network. Many accounts have been banned and suspended for this same reasons but for the fact that you both have done KYC , possibly you might be given a chance to prove your points. I think the attention of their representative should be brought here for further actions.

Lastly, you can quote reply in one post not one for one. Do well to provide enough evidence and since this is a scam accusations, you should move this topic to scam accusations board for further discussions as here is not the right place for this topic.

The only thing they accuse me of is that two people with KYC verification are using the same internet. It is not written that I made a fraudulent bet, I do not do such a thing. They cannot tell me that me did. Even though they see my writings, they do not respond to what I write.

Casinos always have strict-rules while is about (Sportbook).

This is one of the situations, where you're sharing the IP and you also playing Sportbook. One of the things most casino do, especially for sportsbook user they're really strict about these kins of stuff. You want to know the reason ? because new-account have low limit bet for sportbook.

Sharing IP + You're playing on the sportbook. Then you're done.

My roommate hasn't bet on rollbit for months because they already set a betting limit. He is betting on another site. I have approximately 400 450 bets here.
so that's why they said you are "circumventing our sportsbook limits.", your friend's account has been given a betting limit. from what it looks like, they consider your account(despite being verified) as an alt account. you can try and plead your case, perhaps suggest a video call(I've seen casinos do this to verify the account owner), not sure if they'll go for it, but it won't hurt asking. also, even if they accept your suggestion, I'm not sure if they'll believe your story.

I am not guilty . God is the witness. I was betting with my saved money. I am so desperate .  😢😢😢😢
this is why you don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose.

If they answer me, I will offer this too. I even do it. But they're totally cowardly ducks. They stole an innocent person's money. If I commit fraud they are right to confiscate my money. But I have no fraudulent behavior. We never bet together. It's been a long time since my roommate played here. I play alone, on my own account. We both verified our KYC. He can have a video call with both of us. Coward chickens, pay for the money you stole

The other account is my roommate's. I contacted support. Their last message to me was this.

******Thanks for following up here. The account is now permanently banned for circumventing our sportsbook limits.

Do not create further accounts as these will also be closed with any funds forfeited.******

And after closed my account . Cant login .I cannot withdraw my money from my account. My account has been completely closed. I contacted support. They are reading my message. they are not answering. I will upload all the evidence as soon as possible
From the reply from the support that you have,  is stated that the account is banned permanently and that means you may not be able to withdraw your money from the site at this moment using your own normal withdrawal feature since you don't have access to the account any more, I belief of the support/team want to do anything to help is possibly have your balance sent to you automatically.
But then you have violated the terms and conditions which stand against multiple accounts, so I don't think the support will attend to you any further since you already got the latest response which states reasons for your account closer.

There is even a Razer person in this forum with the same name as Razer, on the Rollbit site, which is online now. Most likely the same person as Razer here. They do their best not to answer. They see what I write, but they definitely do not respond. Because they know I don't cheat. The only thing they blame me for is that my roommate and I use the same internet. Everything is open and honest.

We live with 2 friends at home. We are using the same internet. Me and my housemate have an account on rollbit. I did not receive any registration bonus. My housemate only won $300 worth of RLB coins while registering. I opened an account in July this year. My housemate has been registered for maybe 1 year. I have been betting, withdrawing and depositing money since July. I didn't encounter any problems. I withdrew money 43 times. I deposited money about 15 times. I placed more than 400 bets. When I woke up today, I realized that I could not withdraw money. I contacted support. They closed my account 1 hour ago. I did not have any fraudulent behavior. We both verified our account. We are two separate people. ok you can close my account. Ok . But you can't take my money. please someone help me. I will cry out of anger. please please please

Did your account and your friend's account have a login on the same device?

Yes, there are accusations like that too. But I'm absolutely sure we didn't log in from the same device. We didn't open it, but let's say we did. We are both separate people. that's okay too. My money cannot be confiscated. My roommate hasn't bet on rollbit for months because they already set a betting limit. He is betting on another site. I have approximately 400 450 bets here. My roommate had ID verification. Then my roommate suggested it to me and I registered. and I verified my identity. We are two completely different people. I have no fraudulent transactions. In fact, my money is so valuable that I bet on odds of 1.01-1.02 to avoid losing. Sometimes I also make combination bets. help me . I am not guilty . God is the witness. I was betting with my saved money. I am so desperate .  😢😢😢😢

Most casinos do not allow more than one account per IP or household. However, I didn't see this mentioned in Rollbit's terms, so this shouldn't apply to you - especially if both accounts passed the KYC checks.

Contact them again and post their reason for closure here.

When you contacted the support, did they make any mention of anything relating to multi-accounting as your offence, or did they just lock the account without giving you any reason why the account was locked?

I'm asking because I can't find their statement in your OP. Maybe you are assuming that because you are living in the same place as someone who has an active account with them, multi-accounting should be your case, but I doubt that can be the case considering the fact that you claimed you and your friend have already passed the KYC procedure to prove your identity and single ownership.

Try reaching out to the support services and see their responses; maybe you will know the next step to take. They also have an announcement thread here and a representative, which should make it possible for them to also follow up on your case here on the forum.
