OP, been monitoring this thread for a while now to see if you'll escalate to CG [with all of the possible refusal that entails], but I can see none. Given you only made the opening post and didn't bother to seemingly put any effort to pursue this case by at least updating us or attending to the thread any longer, though you're still online for several days after your opening post and several people inquired a thing or two about your case, I can't help but compelled to consider either you got this resolved [no matter how unlikely that sounds] or you're one of those player who tried to peer-pressure the casino into giving in by "exposing" them.

I will mark this as resolved, for above reason.

Overseers, feel free to argue if you think my reasoning is wrong and it should be marked as something else. I am open for input and discussion.

I just don't understand why they ask to list accounts here.
One member already explained it. This could be a tactic to confuse the customer. In very few cases, we saw clear explanation from Rollbit against the cases we saw on the forum.

Oh, LOL, my apology for being a bit ambiguous and confuses you. That "but..." was actually intended to be the opening to the next paragraph, addressed to OP. Like, they're on CasinoGuru, but... if OP's bet is sport-related, there is a chance that they'll reject it despite his issue is with identity and not the bets he placed themselves.
LOL you hooked me there until I read the reply.

Rollbit is not on AskGamblers. Though like Jerome suggested, they are on CasinoGuru. But...
What does that "But..." means?

OP, have you inquired if it is possible to CLOSE your account permanently and just let you withdraw?

I would be interested to see what they would have to say. Surely if you close your account where the withdrawal is pending the issue of letting you continue is solved for them because there will no longer be a relationship between you.

I just don't understand why they ask to list accounts here.
There should be a clear outline if you will be able to withdraw or not.
Otherwise I'd say it should be more obvious from them from their terms about what happens in these cases. Certainly the messages are a bit cryptic by not even saying what's going to happen afterwards.

[...]

It looks like they found more than one account [perhaps many] from you. Usually in this type of cases bookmakers do not provide any proof nor you as a client can show anything to support you. You can try to get support from AG.

OP, though your issue here is about multi-acc accusation, do you happen to play sportsbetting during your stay on Rollbit? CG has tendency to reject sportsbet-related issues. So if you want to get them to mediate your case, you probably want to specifically mention that your issue is with multi-acc and hope they didn't ask for your betting history.

If your game is casino-related, though, then by all means, probably CG is the best venue for the time being

We really can't tell if you had multiple accounts on their platform or not. Maybe you should consider using third party mediator platforms like casinoguru. There, you will be able to get access to the evidence shared by any of rollbit's representatives.

They also have a good customer service team around the forum who tries to get issues resolved as fast as possible.

Supporting this reply. Better get some help at the mentioned site, here you can wait forever.
Their only "customer support" here is Razor though, and you can forget getting some detailed reply from this guy. Rollbit doesn't really answer here and when they do it's mostly a snappy reply like "you are guilty, deal with it" and after that nothing.

Also, what I am finding interesting, chat support when replying to this matter always says something like "list all your other accounts before we proceed". I have seen this several times over the months now, guess it's their standard reply. Seems like they want to make it easy for themselves. If the customer admits to whatever then it's case closed and you can say good bye to your money, even if you admit without being guilty, just to move forward. That's a popular tactic with the Japanese police actually, just admit to it (guilty or not) to make it easier for all parties involved.  Grin

I use only one IP address / Why they firsly give me withdraw, then openly scam ?
I saw some people also have same problem, what will be if I just imagine several accs ( not my ) - they give me at least my deposit amount or just full scam account?
Someone tried to list accounts them ?
