What a useless excuse.
First of all why did Rollbi ask for KYC when the player obviously did not nothing wrong and now the odds provider is "at fault" .
Second, I checked the odds for that game and 1,9 are super reasonable at -1.25 considering the home team was a 1,25 favourite to win the game.

So this excuse is total nonsense and the bet should never have been voided, ESPECIALLY after the game. They have freerolled OP, not more and not less.

I am convinced they would not have voided anything if OP lost this best, 100%.
Blaming the odds provider is the easy way out for rollbit, they are pretty creative in blaming customers to not pay.

As you have now received confirmation from Rollbit that they did not do anything to your account or to that particular bet you placed (on the contrary it was the sportsbook provider that took the course of action), therefore according to the Terms and Condition you signed up to at Rollbit you have no case against them.

Well, now that you have received the final update regarding your complaint, what is your next step?

So, as expected - "sportsbook provider voided it, we can do nothing about that"

We can say for any match that the odds were wrong, although it is actually easy to check in a few clicks that this was not the case. Ladies and gentlemen, crypto casinos in 2023. Smiley Feel free to bet here, but we cannot guarantee that we will pay out every winning bet you make. Don't worry about the losing bets, they are losing.

What a joke.

Well, as you already know, they are right. If a sportsbook provider decide to cancel a bet, they pretty much can't do much about it, given they're just a "middle man". But just to prove you're correct, can you provide that information you offered above here? That the handicap and the odds being displayed are correct.

Hello there,

I made an account at rollbit.com 5 days ago and made deposit of 324.76$ and placed a bet on match from Asian Champions League in football (their equivalent to the European Champions League where the continent's biggest football clubs play). And after the match finished 20 minutes ago I logged in to my account and I saw bet is voided.

Screenshot: https://ibb.co/4jJfjnZ

Total ammount I am scammed for is: 292.27$

I passed KYC as I've been requested to do so when I asked them why is bet cancelled. Now I am waiting their response, but I am I'm pretty sure it will just be some empty phrase. I will update you here what I've been told.

It's just unbelievable that in 2023 there are companies like this that void your winning bets after the match is over, and it's a huge competition, not a small one.

You cannot be wronged for doing nothing just like that, rollbit is well known on this platform to have a good standard or reputation and can be trusted in their services, what are the conditions that you already set on the match that makes it go void even that after you won you had an encounter in such manner, am sure you're at the point of passing through the KYC requirements to have experienced some difficult moments and trying to do something funny that led to a suspicious activity on your account, there must definitely be a reason behind that which has to do with violation.

Looking at the odds movements at that match it’s obvious that OP had bet Al Feiha -1.25 handicap because he saw a value there. 5 days before match. It turns out that OP was right, it was value indeed as line before match went to -2.00.

So, it’s even not that important when they did voided it, because OP cleary had a value, although I am sure it is after match because I had same situation with them in past, and their excuse was “provider’s decision, we can do nothing about that” if I remember well.

Shameful practice of any bookmaker to do so. At such bookmakers you first need to be lucky to win bet, then you need to be lucky to they settle your bet as won.  Grin

Yes, but the question here [and I think it's a very good one] is whether the bet got cancelled before the match ended [i.e., somewhere between 23rd November to when he logged back in] or was it after the match ended [i.e., within twenty minutes of the whistle being blown and the time OP logged in].

The impression I get, OP made an account, deposited, placed a bet, and didn't look back until that twenty minutes after, so he can be oblivious of the status of his bet prior to it being ended. When he said he won, I think he meant to say he's sure he won because he knew he placed a bet for Al Fayha, but not exactly know whether the bet was already canceled or not.
The OP should clarify that position because after reading the reply, it is still not clear.

Hello everyone,

First of all, Rollbit Support still didn’t gave me an explanation why bet was cancelled. As all of you can see. I placed bet 5 days before match, was watching game live, logged in 20 minutes after match finished and saw bet is cancelled.
If that is the very first time you noticed that the bet was voided, it means you have literally no idea when Rollbit made it void. It could have happened at any time in the interim period from when you placed the bet onwards.

Can you recall the specific last date/time you logged in after you placed the bet and saw that it was not voided and as far as you were concerned it was an active bet?

Hello everyone,

First of all, Rollbit Support still didn’t gave me an explanation why bet was cancelled. As all of you can see. I placed bet 5 days before match, was watching game live, logged in 20 minutes after match finished and saw bet is cancelled.

To be honest with you all, I am not that surprised because of that void, I saw before on this forum users got void won bets after match result is known on Rollbit (as well at other casinos that use same sportsbook provider - bc, betfury, owl and others). I am not sure, who decided to void winning bet, is it sportsbook provider or Rollbit. But I placed bet at Rollbit site, and I see them as responsible. As it should be in every other honest sportsbook site.

So, for all you who wondering why did I opened scam accusation right after I saw it got voided, it is because I saw other users had same situations on Rollbit site, and above mentioned sites who use same provider. However, I will still wait an explanation from Rollbit team. This is not so big money, but my intention was to other potential bettors can see what can happen if you win a bet on their site. Nevertheless, it doesn’t mater if you bet on big market or small - they simply can void every winning bet.

Very sustainable business, so on this way everyone can have their own betting site. Void winning bets, leave losing bets as they are = you rich.

If Rollbit corrects this stupidity, and marks the bet as winning as it should be, I am ready to donate the entire winnings for humanitarian purposes to the site proposed here and post a screenshot and invoice.

His last login was yesterday (29th November) yet his last post was on the day he created this thread but he has not updated the thread. I think it is far too soon for Rollbit to address this therefore the OP should have been patient.

In response to your question, the OP will have to confirm but I am certain he stated he won the game and the bet but later when he logged in to the account, he found the bet was voided. The screenshot shows he won the Al Fayha FC vs Ahal FC game.

Was this bet actually canceled after the game has finished or was it canceled before it started? You placed the bet on the 23rd of Nov. so is it possible that you were refunded before then?

OP is there any update regarding your issue from the Rollbit team? If they void your bet, must have a reason behind it. You should wait for them before creating such a scam accusation. and If you really know their answer upfront Smiley, then it's common things that are happening to you. If this is the case I assume you know you did something against their TOS.

The OP has made a total of 13 posts in his total post history. During the time he has created his forum account, he has had withdrawal issues with both Wolfbet and Duelbits. In July 2022 it was with Duelbits and in September 2023 it was with Wolfbet.

The OP does seem unnecessarily quick to flag this as a scam. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because Rollbit have not posted in this thread and could possibly even come back with a counter allegation.

Given the match was at 16.00 of the same day [28.11.23], do I understand correctly that you made this thread roughly an hour after the match ended and you see that your bet got cancelled? You asked them why, and before they can come back to you to give any answer, you made it public that you're sure they'll give an excuse?

If you are waiting for their response you should give them some time to get back to you. When was your final correspondence with Rollbit? By the way, have you used a VPN, operating multiple accounts or are you playing in a restricted country? To your knowledge have you breached any of their their Terms and Conditions?

As you were unable to add an image beyond the link, I have posted it here for us all to look at and assess.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
While you wait for the reply or intervention from their representative, you can also look through their Sports policy to understand different reasons or circumstances that can lead to bet cancellations

I know it's long and boring to read, but just use the “CTRL + F” and search the keywords “Cancel” and “void”

I saw that the Rollbit representative(Rollbit Razer) was online earlier, I will send him a PM informing him about this thread, perhaps he can fast-track and tell you here what was the reason for the bet to be voided and hopefully he can also give the reason for the KYC that they requested.

You're not really sure of you're scammed, you should have at least waited till you got your feedback and if the feedback isn't positive then you can come right here and make your report/claim. I think your decision was rather too hasty, this could just be a minor technical malfunction which happens all the time and could easily be rectified by just bringing it to their notice.

I've observed similar cases in the past which were resolved amicably. So for now, you've raised a false alarm because you're not yet sure if you were scammed.

Since you said, you have contacted them, and they are yet to reply, I will ask: How long have you dropped their Support a Message? If it's not that long or up to 48 hours, which most Supports takes up to, before they reply to a Message, due to the gravity of the Complaints they receive on a daily basis, I will advice you to stay patient with them and see the result or what their reply will look like.

I don't know their rules in terms of voiding a game, but I'm pretty sure game voids all the time, ok, casino, but with a valid reason to why it was done. So I will advice you to exercise a little patience and see their reason why. You will update the thread with and other, who are experienced, will also look into the matter.

Sorry for that bad experience. I know, how it feels when you have already seen and are sure of the game result and going in the casino with the intention of seeing a green welcome page congratulating you of your winning, instead you saw a voided game, it's really painful.
