but when i was discussing about loss back deal for future game play he said he wants to speak to his co-founder name " lucky"
after few conversation he removed first deposit bonus from table leading me to get 10000$ on plat 1 & dont wish to give loss back ( obviously its their choice )

Let me first say that we by no means intend to be misleading or "honeypot" folks to play on Rollbit, that's definitely not what we're about.
The bonuses you reference, and which I did suggest could be available to you, were unique one-off bonuses. If accepted, they would be offered on top of our already lucrative rewards program. I suggested these as you were very keen on getting a deal that had a "lossback" element. Unfortunately, Rollbit doesn't do lossback as we're happy with our existing rewards program. It's also worth mentioning that Rollbit is heavily against any sort of "fake balance" bonuses, we intend to keep Rollbit Rewards as fair as possible for all users. Having someone wager on what is essentially fake balance is not good for users who wish to compete on our daily and all-time leaderboards. We're committed to having every cent bet on Rollbit be from a legitimate deposit or our rewards program.
I made it clear that I would have to run what we discussed past my partner, as what you asked for would fall outside of our existing rewards program. There was no promise that such rewards would be possible but as a flexible casino, we were more than happy to discuss your requirements internally. As we informed you earlier, we unfortunately weren't able to do the lossback or match a deposit, but kept the Platinum 1 bonus on the table for you.
I stand by what we said, we never promised the unique bonuses to you and they were merely a suggestion for what Rollbit could offer you in place of the lossback you wanted.
After further discussion, it came to our attention that you had already deposited 1 week ago, before approaching Rollbit with your intentions. Once this was known, I made it abundantly clear that you would not be eligible for the deposit match bonus but would still be eligible for the Platinum 1 bonus. To which you responded with an attempt to circumvent our unique bonuses by trying to close your account and create another, with the intention of claiming the bonus there. Unfortunately, and as described within our private correspondence, these kind of bonuses are offered on an individual basis.
