Draw
The Lottery is drawn every 1, 2 or 3 days, we're experimenting to see what works best for our users. The draw starts at 23:00h (11:00 PM) Amsterdam time**, after which Lottery Bot waits for 2 new Bitcoin blocks to be found as input to generate a random number.
You can enter ~lottery nextdraw in Chatter Box on Rollin to see when the next draw will be.
Check your ticket(s)
You can enter ~lottery mytickets in Chatter Box on Rollin to see which Ticket(s) number(s) you have. And you can of course buy more tickets by tipping Lottery in Chatter Box.
It is possible the winner is someone who bought tickets outside of this giveaway, so it is not guaranteed a ticket from this giveaway wins. But if it does, the total pot is also raised by users who buy tickets in Chatter Box, so the prize can be higher than just FreeLotteryTickets' buy in.

I made no promise on the order, it's entirely up to me. I use the order that makes it easier to detect duplicate entries, sometimes someone from the previous day gets in front of that, and sometimes some late entries get behind it.
