We have yet to see. Like you said, the Middle East is constantly embroiled in some form of a war, or another.
Iran will not be able to export oil. But this sanction will not be applicable in case of India, 
India will still continue to import oil from Iran otherwise it would have affected Indian economy very adversely.

As far as war is concerned; central Asia is always in war in one or the other country due to different reasons and interests.
