Are you saying you informed them that you're playing from a restricted country and still let you play? Show us some proof if that was the case. It's unlikely that you will get your referral earnings if you were caught violating that rule.

Your case was probably deemed closed from their point of view so they stopped responding.

Nah, I didn't informed them. I shouldn't be able to register here at all, because all gambling websites that are foreign are banned in my country, but I registered here and played for a year without problems till one day bam and my account is locked. But it's not the case, I just want to get my referral earnings not to play there. I just need to be able to log in and withdraw.
you should know using VPN to access a site from a restricted area is a risky thing to do most especially if you are the type that gamble with big amount, your account may run into some security problems that you may not be to solve such as kyc which is always mandatory for a big amount of withdrawal.

any ways keep in touch with their team they will be a solution if you have violated none of their rules and also know that some site have hidden rule for those using VPN.

Op you clearly broke the terms and conditions. You KNEW your country was RESTRICTED from the start. I assume you were using VPN to access the site. And finally got caught. A better approach would have given you more audience and sympathy but blatantly calling a reputable company a scam because of your folly is...well...not a very good idea.

Knowing already that you are not allowed makes sense to lock you out of your account already. I mean, it should've not been possible at all, so I think it's kind of your fault somehow. You should've known that it could happen anytime.

I don't think they are a scam. They have a good reputation and are a grand online casino. The best thing that they could do is to give you your earnings from referrals because it still benefits them.
I am actually on Roobet's side here because they did what's right, but for me though, they should probably at least brinng the money back to OP. Although I don't see any screenshots for proof to help with the case for OP.

Hello guys, I was using roobet for maybe a year and they decided to lock my account because I was from restricted country even though whole time that I played there it was restricted there but they let me to play. But now it isnt about it. It is about my locked account and about the situation I can't withdraw my referral earnings. I don't care if I can play there or not, I just want to be able to withdraw my referral earnings because I know for sure there is some money there left. I had 410 referrals and more than 100 of them had deposited at least once. So I know for sure some money is hanging there

They don't respond to any emails, so I don't know whete to look for help.

I think they didn't allow playerd to keep playing while they are in restricted country and if they found out late maybe they didn't check their system to identify who are the player been restricted and who is not, so better try to move on and find another gambling site which your country allowed also better read there TOS so that you understand the rules of each casinos you want to play. If you still have balance left better try ro contact their support and wait for their response, mostly they answer late because they handle so many dm's or emails on daily basis so follow up by sending another message to them and ask politely if you can take your deposits out frok their casino.

I am not shitting on you OP or anything, but it's funny that you know that you are playing in a restricted country then act surprised when the account gets banned. I agree with Yogee and you that you should not have been able to register on their website in the first place but knowing that the country you are from is restricted on their website yet you continued to register is all on you.

If you were violating their TOS, then nothing much can be done, since you acknowledged that you were using the website from a restricted country, you should/could have expected that sometime, you would eventually face the consequences.

I have a different situation, but the problem is slightly similar.

Long time ago I was able to register on Roobet.com and I'm not from a restricted country. Unfortunately, after a period of time, people from my country government decided to give green light to a law, according to which people in my country are allowed to gamble only on a gambling sites that are licensed gambling operators. In other words, I can gamble online only on my local gambling sites.

That is why, opening Roobet.com leads me to "site is blocked" sign. If I did not know about my local laws, I would have thought that Roobet.com blocked me.

Good that we have free and cheap vpn these days.

You blatantly broke the rules in order to defraud the system, and you came here to accuse them of being a scammer,  your account was suspended for breaking the rules? You don't have a valid counter-argument to Roobet. They reserve the right to deny access to users from certain countries.

Well, the situation isn't the same as it was a year ago. The roobet's terms changed recently, i.e. users have to fill in basic KYC such as residence to be able to withdraw. The questions:
Did you submit your real id?
(this will obviously trigger your account to be locked)

Or did you submit a fake/random id?
(however, your ip indicates your location. If you perform data falsification, this mismatch will be detected based on ip adderss)

I don't care if I can play there or not, I just want to be able to withdraw my referral earnings because I know for sure there is some money there left. I had 410 referrals and more than 100 of them had deposited at least once. So I know for sure some money is hanging there

You're clearly banned. Whatever you earn from Roobet, you have no right to withdraw it. Even if the roobet team gives you a chance to get a refund, they will probably only refund the amount of your initial deposit (if you haven't withdrawn at all).

Roobet team's in this forum is rarely active, probably @Hhampuz could help you about this situation to find the solution.
I don't think it's up for discussion for this issue as it's obviously against the terms of roobet.

And note that it's not only roobet do the same thing that you still can access the website, play, deposit, trade, and etc. most gambling/casino and exchanges/wallet do the same thing because there's no way they can tell that you came from restricted country just for the IP you're using since VPN can still be used, not until you provide your personal identity to them for verification.

I think gambling companies have to prevent people from countries which they are not allowed to operate in from registering and using their platform. If you never used a VPN then you might have a legit case. The only way you are going to get money from them is talking to them and explaining that but if they still refuse you would need to contact a lawyer but unless it is a lot of money on the platform then it probably will cost more to hire a lawyer.

I know it sucks to have your account blocked, but it was expected since you already knew about it. However, on the other hand, it would be best if the website didn't even allow you to register.

It was a poor system from Roobet to allow users from restricted countries to register but the fault is still on you for creating an account despite the knowledge that you are forbidden. Did you use a VPN?

I doubt that you'll get it since you're not supposed to have an account there to begin with.

This is why read and search is a must before using any service, because not all service has pop up messages if you come from restricted countries. It's not scam from Roobet since they already wrote list of restricted countries on their TOS, this problem is due to your ignorance.

Quote
You warrant that in the jurisdiction of your country or the country where you are currently staying, gambling or participation in games of chance, games of risk, or games of skill is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to make sure such restrictions or bans do not exist in your home country or the country in which you reside. You are liable to ensure you act in accordance with the laws of your home country or the country in which you currently reside. In case of any violation of these warrants, the company reserves the right to immediately block you from accessing the services and website, close your account and permanently freeze all your remaining Roobidos in your Roobido-safe.

Roobet team's in this forum is rarely active, probably @Hhampuz could help you about this situation to find the solution.

Explanation about referral link to restricted countries.

You warrant not to market your affiliate or promotion code in any jurisdiction, not allowing gambling or any region to which the company or country is fully or partially restricted. Any breach of these terms will result in legal consequences as well as the complete exclusion from all services on the website. Your remaining Roobidos will be frozen until the legal conflict comes to an end and a solution is found. You acknowledge you are liable for all damages caused to the website, the company, and its third-party partners as well as the shareholder by marketing your affiliate or promotion code in a region fully or partially restricted by either the company or the country.
