I have taken screenshots of anything I can think of that will help my case and can share when or if needed. I could really use this money right now too.If anyone has any suggestions or can help me in anyway I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time
For start, you should update the first post with all those screenshots that you have because up until now you provided absolutely nothing and its hard to say much about your case. You may want to check Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly) if not sure how to do it.

On Roobets own website updates this year the following is verbatim;

 The following countries are restricted to access Roobet: French Guiana, French Polynesia United Kingdom. Countries like the USA may also need to use a VPN to play Roobet.
To be fair, that's from external site and not from Roobet. Nevertheless, did they mention that as the reason why you got blocked?

You're out of your mind if you think this is a false accusation! I have emails of my conversations with support, my wallet and video evidence! Can't fake all that. This dude is just mad because I blocked him from messaging me after he started messaging me on 3 different social medias starting at 2am!! Move along sour puss and get a life lol Roll Eyes
You still not accept the fact if you're:
1. Not read the whole terms of service.
2. Prefer to trust unknown article rather than the official site.
3. Using VPN to gamble on Roobet where your countries are get absolute restriction.

It's allowed by Roobet and advertised by Roobet through official channels at moments and influncers on their payment plate to use VPN and play from whatever country you want, so only by stating in their ToS that they do not accept it's a scam.
You need to give a proof about your words, where Roobet allow their gamblers to use VPN if they're come from absolute restricted countries?

Actually any websites has their own rules and you must read the whole terms before use the sites, during registration you must check if you agree with the terms and privacy policy, it's your fault for not carefully read it.

Just go on youtube/twitch and listen to any streamer promoting roobet. You will see most of them living in US, saying each stream at least a few times to use the VPN.

I am sorry with your loss OP, due government regulation suspend almost casino gambling website and have access trough using VPN I don't think problem for Roobet locking the OP account, exactly after OP try to withdraw his fund. If regulation from Roobet casino gambling not allowed use VPN how come with several people coming from restrict country and can't access to casino gambling website without use VPN?

Seems when moment withdrawing only Roobet try to lock OP account, why not at the beginning time when OP created account trough VPN and make deposit before winning and try to withdraw his account, I hope have respond from Roobet team about account locked and what their reason suspend withdrawing.

Get in touch with the dutch authorities and solve the issue, it is your only way to go through the problem.

I hope by next year the sub licences of Curacao will dissapear, seems likely to happen; even more after the switch in Holland's rules last year.

@OP do they require you to undergo KYC?  I believe that is one of the possible solution to your problem, withdrawal is locked until you have done what they had requested.  There are cases where withdrawal is suspended and gets approved once they do KYC verification.

I feel you are hiding something in yout post and somehow I feel your story is incomplete.  In most cases, problem like this is solved via KYC verification.

Creating an account using a VPN on Roobet to hide your identity is prohibited. And if you create account using VPN and enable then your account will be banned when caught. So it is important for you to know their rules before registering on this website. It's actually useful for all of us who think we're smart enough to avoid reading the TOC before creating an account. As a result, various problems later appeared which were unexpected.

wait, I thought they have not responded to you yet? if you have evidence I suggest sharing your conversation with their support. also, the rules you shared regarding what countries are banned or that US gamblers might need to use a VPN are invalid, it is not in their terms and conditions.

how? in all of your posts you haven't shared any of your contacts or any of your social media accounts, so how does he know the names of your social media accounts?

anyway, if you want you can bring this issue to casino.guru, they are a gambling forum and they might be able to help you there.

First I'm surprised to see Roobet didn't solved his problem for 2 months, because I know Roobet's customer service wouldn't give a long time to fix an issue. After I read the whole of your post and your evidence, it turns this is a false accusations lol Cheesy

The @OP is came from USA or it's territories and after I read the Roobet's terms of service, USA is restricted and you're not allowed to use VPN to hide your location!

This restricted country : https://prnt.sc/dilu0AfzjARj I’m not from the places that are listed as restricted
This image is from this site https://www.automateandvalidate.com/is-roobet-legal/

It's funny the @OP is trust more this non sense article rather than read the official terms on Roobet.

Two months ago I signed up on Roobet after being referred to the online casino by a streamer. I played for maybe 2 weeks, ran my balance up to $922.04. The very second I tried to withdraw some they immediately locked my account and have refused to pay me what is owed.

as far as I can see, withdrawal is currently disabled but your account is not locked. in that case, you wouldn't even be able to log in to your account. or maybe you still have a notice somewhere that you are blocked. (will be fine if you are it also)

Have you tried what Maus0728 suggested? log in using a different device, or PC if it is possible.

This is i cannot withdraw : https://prnt.sc/aWzJoyJheOSr
Have you tried using a different device to log into your account? Although I had previously encountered this error twice, Roobet allowed me to withdraw my money without any problems after I switched to my desktop where I originally created the account.

I'm not pretty sure, but I assume there is a hidden security measure in place to prevent users from withdrawing funds from multiple device at once. And I don't know if it's a bug or a feature.

The very second I tried to withdraw some they immediately locked my account and have refused to pay me what is owed. I have emailed several times and have sent my btc depo address. I have yet to get a response or my money which would be really nice right about now since Christmas is next week and the fact I've already waited 2 months! I have screenshots of how much is in my account that I have sent. On Roobets own website updates this year the following is verbatim;

 The following countries are restricted to access Roobet: French Guiana, French Polynesia United Kingdom. Countries like the USA may also need to use a VPN to play Roobet.

I also know they support and sponsor several streamers in Canada, illegally I might add, until Roobet(.)CA comes out. I have video of one of their own Canadian streamers admitting to it as well

I do not live, nor have I even visited the 'restricted countries'. I have taken screenshots of anything I can think of that will help my case and can share when or if needed. I could really use this money right now too. If anyone has any suggestions or can help me in anyway I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time
