It's actually been less than 4 days but nonetheless sometimes there are delays, eventually you get paid though.

In this case, even if some user will guess the real exact number of the Roobet total wagers at the set time (or a very close number), nevertheless, it will differ slightly from what will be recorded by the LoyceV's tool. And this could potentially prevent that user from the Jackpot or boosted winnings (7x, 4x).
This works both ways: you can either win or lose because of the difference. But even when it's up to the second accurate, the number of bets per second is high enough to be off by several bets.All in all, it doesn't matter, but it makes it much, much easier for Hhampuz to get the results.

Or it just means that the number the loyce tool scrapes is the actual number which means that's what we go by

Hhampuz always rounds up the last minute as the tool he uses records the wagers every 1 minute. So in this case he used the total wagers from 9:59:01 to determine the final result. During that short span of 15 seconds the total wagers have gone up to the number you have indicated.
In this case, even if some user will guess the real exact number of the Roobet total wagers at the set time (or a very close number), nevertheless, it will differ slightly from what will be recorded by the LoyceV's tool. And this could potentially prevent that user from the Jackpot or boosted winnings (7x, 4x).Anyways I don't see how it would make any difference if he used the exact wagers by second, as there was no person guessing close to that number so the winner would still be the same.

I use the tool gracefully created by LoyceV to determine the winner of this as it will cache the total bets once per minute or so, it was introduced almost 100 rounds ago I believe (Thanks again Loyce!)
