I don't own any domains, but I'm pretty sure JS has a datetime library too. Shouldn't be too hard to convert it to JS.

A web interface would be good This is the major problem with Python... it is very hard to share your programs with others.
You cannot deploy it in a web interface (just in some cases). You can create an executable file that could run it, but those files includes all needed pandas libraries and its depencies. I once made a simple 50lines of code using pandas and numpy and it generated a 300mb executable file...
To make a webinterface here, ritaconscience would need to convert that to JS (which lacks all those amazing libraries and uses other syntax, so the task is not that easy).
