So we basically have a law that loosely translates to the following:

"What is built on void is also void"

In this case, this man now owns 1/8 of the lot, and anything built on it.

For example, if you owned an apartment, you will now have to give up 1/8th of its ownership.

what you are telling is about a car, but here he owns the land , so the buildings built on that land are not his but now if he tells to remove you building as this land is his , then how will you take your building from the land, ?? it will come under negotiation of rent i think between the owner of land and the contructer of the building.

Okay, so check this out. In my home country of Jordan, theres this new story thats raised some serious doubts in our system. Theres this guy that claims that his mothers signature was forged, and that she never approved selling her share of the land (she owned 1/8th of a 226 acre lot). This was back in 1971. The royal court just ruled in the sons favour and gave him back the rights to the land. Back in 1971 the lot was empty, now its densely populated (about 25,000 people live there), and he gets 1/8th of every house or apartment built. What about the people who bought stuff there? SORRY!

The only way to get your money back is to sue the person you bought from. Then they need to sue the person they bought from, and it goes on... Good Luck!
