Hi I managed to solve it was my fault I was moving blockchain to different hard drive and when I started bticoin core it was still pointing to the old blockchain. All fixed now.

RPC is the broadcast fallback mechanism. Armory tries to broadcast via the p2p layer first, but that one throws a lot of false negatives.

It means that Armory cannot communicate with Bitcoin Core, you might need to add this to your Bitcoin Core's config file,
bitcoin.conf:

server=1

BTW, in that state, you wont be able to broadcast transactions using Armory.

Hi Wallet syncs but shows purple text on the block number when I hover mouse over it says "rpc disabled"
