I've been a long time reader on the forums but have never made an account till now. I have some old Block Erupters sitting around that ive been playing with for the last week and can't get them to work with todays software and RPI. Ive google searched for hours and haven't seen anyone get the miner set up with Raspbian Stretch and the newest cgminer.
Ive used the adafruit PIminer along with this article https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/usb-asic-erupter-setup-config-bcg-miner-cgminer-hubs-oh-pi-220905 but when I go to start cgminer the -S /dev/ttyUSB0 is not recognized.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because I can't find cgminer 3.1.1 any where..
I already know im going to spend more in electricity than what i mine. Im setting it up to mine LCC and then wish in one hand and crap in the other to see which one fills up first
