A RTX3080 non LHR gives me 90MH but now its giving me 70MH I don't know what's the cause of it, I have changed my drivers and also change ro another mining software, I don't know what's next now, maybe I should reflash my hive OS, that's the last thing I haven't done yet.
Show your memory temperature or take a screenshot with Hive OS. When the memory overheats, throttling starts and the video card hashrate drops. Learn how to replace thermal paste and thermal pads.

I apparently did not notice the author's message that the problem was solved.

You failed to read the OP and yet you make a post, the problem is the USB drive and it's stated that the issue is fixed already, this shows that not every time a gpu lose hashrate is always high temp, I also have issues with USB sticks in the past but it doesn't affects my hashrates.

I moved back to the old HDD and cheapest SSD for my mining rigs because they give me zero issues but the USB storage is not very good, some times booting time takes longer than usual and some times things act very strange like unexpected reboot or hangs.

I haven't had any issues with using USB 3.0 drives with SMOS or Minerstat in the past. I probably got lucky with high-quality ones. But the SSD route is not very expensive, since you can find 32-128GB used SSD's on feeBay for $10-20 each.

It is working now, I had to flash the hive OS again this time into a HDD instead of a USB Drive then things start working normal again, very strange because I have been using the same USB drive on my first rig for months now and no problem.

Hehe, if you provide more information about using an USB stick...

You are not the first one to have issues using USB stick, but it's the first I see with hashrate problems due to this
USB flash drives are not advised to run hive os in the long term, I know it's cheap and easy to install and use, but there's an alternative to not spend money with SSDs: you can reutilize an HDD from old computers, or even buy one, it's cheap and more reliable than usb.
SSDs are faster, but with HiveOS you will not need to restart more than once or twice a month...

It's better if you give us more information...

Did you follow the temperature of memories before and after this hashrate issue?
Your memory can be extremely hot and throttling or maybe a problem about power (too much or lack of power)

Go for try and error, disconnect and connect all cables, riser, re-flash Hive OS, use the latest drivers available on hive...

Can you show a picture of hive os running, and your card model and brand?
