TSMC, the company where Bitfountain and Avalon let their ASIC's create should cheat their customers? I dont think thats true... and reverse engineer such a chip is way more costly than creating a new. You would better get a working fpga to know what the chips should do.

Hmmm... Russia? Not to reinforce any stereotypes, here, but I'd be veeeerrry cautious about throwing any money at these guys...
