It is obvious that you would say no KYC but when it dawns on you that the government agencies would come after you, you would begin to demand for members to do KYC as it checked you have no license does ot mean that your services does not require you having a licence because from looks, there are some task of me would need to do which means that you are in one way or the other benefiting from your client tasks as affiliate to the casino and that would require some form of requirements and I believe you that. Would you tell me that you ignored the licensing or you do not require being licenced?
just wondering, since this is not the casino itself, do they really need to be licensed? they are just third party offering some rewards. i can understand the casino itself can have their license. so it is up to the user if he will avail the rewards and sign up in the casino using their affiliate link. the user himself is responsible for checking the casino itself about the terms and conditions. this third party site is not responsible whether you will submit your kyc to the casino or not.
this is why it is on you whether you will sign up in the casino or not, as they are just third party services promoting the casino via their affiliate link. because if you look at their shop also, the vouchers available can only be used on the casinos they are promoting with. so if you are not a player of that casino, how can you redeem such rewards? but it is good that they have alternative offer to spend your coins, which is to withdraw your crypto.
Seems that cryptsafe misunderstood about this site, he seems to think that it is a gambling site while in fact it is just an affiliate site. I cant say it is review site since there is no review at all, but it works like review site where the main purpose is to get referrals through the offer provided in the site. Of course will be no KYC asked because I have never seen review site or affiliate site that asked KYC from their members. KYC will be asked in the casinos only as the main service and the one that usually being regulated. I'm not sure if affiliate site is also regulated by license or government but I have never heard such a case before.
To be truthful, they are not a casino, but they have something to gain from the relationship they share with the casinos listed on their website, and for that reason, their benefits would be much greater in consonant with the traffic they get through their website to the casinos.
With respect to the KYC, it is true that members here are very much wary of it because of the casinos irresponsible approach towards that aspect of their terms and conditions.Hence, I would demand to know and be sure to avoid having issues with the casino in the future. Most casinos that exhibit that corny approach ends up being deserted by members because of their tricks which is very bad of the casinos doing such.
KYC related issue may come in any casino and affiliate site has nothing to do with it. There is no review site or affiliate site which give guarantee that there will be no issue in the future. If an issue happen, we cant blame the affiliate/review site because once we join in a casino through a review/affiliate site, we should be ready for any possible issue that may come in the casino. Unless you are talking about issue for the reward offered by the affiliate site, this one is different case and it is the responsibility of the affiliate site.
