To be honest, instead of seeing people selling their accounts for BTC I'd rather see some game publishers accept BTC as payment for their games.

Jagex doesn't allow real-currency transfers in the same way America doesn't allow cannabis.

I also have 20mil on Runescape. Let me know if interested.

Runescape doesn't allow the transfer of in game items for real currency.  I guess they are recognizing Bitcoins as a "real" currency.  They should start accepting it for payment for their game.  They are a perfect venue for  bitcoins!
By "real" they mean anything outside Runescape. They want to limit trade to inside the game.

I'd be interested in selling items for BTC.

rsgp, fish/lobsters, ore, smithing, weapons, armour, etc..

I currently have 42 feedback, 100%, on eBay, and have been vouched for by some users. I can be trusted.

Thanks

I'm running a Twitter bot sending out the latest posts. The tweet for this "Runescape gold/accounts for bitcoins?"-topic was removed by Twitter (We've received a DMCA notice regarding your account): http://t.co/w7m2Ff

Looks like the Runescape owners are fucking morons Angry

I don't really understand how the Digital millennium Copyright Act could be applied here. I think it's just used generically by ©orps because they know people will respond fast. My reasoning for this is what happened to Cryptome. This article surmises what happened but my actual source for this was Cryptome themselves.

The in-game currency on the other hand could be sold without fear of reclamation by the vendor.

I currently have a few accounts almost to the right levels, but I was wondering if anyone would buy them with Bitcoins? The lack of people selling them for Bitcoins is a bit disturbing...
Aren't they pretty easy to recover? A scammer would have an easy time "selling" accounts for Bitcoins (irreversible) only to recover the account later and regain control.
Good point, I never really did think into this that much.
