If you have just started a full node and syncing the blockchain (this could take days), the service will send you an alert once your node is fully synced: https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/nodes/148.251.238.178-8333/#node-status

1) Go to https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/.
2) Click on the count to access the list of reachable nodes.
3) Search for your node and click on it to activate its status page.
4) Add a contact information to receive an alert when your node goes down or becomes unreachable.
