Bought a Deskmini with 8GB (maybe later 32 GB) CPu i3-6100 Disk 0 256GB M.2 and disk1 1 TB SSHD. Installed ubuntu 16.04 .
This is a hardware play for fun project.
I want to run multiple nodes of the coins I support Vertcoin, Litecoin and Zencash).
I do no have very much experience with linux and wonder if my idea is possible.
- Should you use different ports? ..how?
- How the performance would be. Could I run more?
- Best way to keep the computer secure and up to date with not much downtime
- How demanding would it be to run the nodes on my inet connection.
Maybe somebody has any other ideas where to use it for or has some tip and tricks!!
