Number one question seems like been answered above by few people.

QUESTION 2:

If that scenario is possible, how should I wire them? 1 PSU is wiring the 6 Pins and the Satas of the 4 GPUS and 1 PSU is wiring the 6 pins and satas of the 2 other GPU's? With satas i mean the sata risers.

I was wiring a riser that was plugged R9 series over it using SATA (almost one year without issue), but that was not safe. But I've no choice. I didn't have another secure connector (Molex / 6 pins) to wiring it. As you know, we have zero control to manage power used by GPU (PCIe bus or the other one that will be used first), each brand and series have different power management.

In your case, since you were using 1060, SATA was enough to wire a riser, but if you have enough Molex or 6 pins connector, will be better to use it.

Soon you will hear that SATA was enough for your setup. But remember, if you can doing with a safe way, why not? , Because your devices were your asset.  Wink

Then about wiring the cards (6 pins), as long as your 1st PSU can handle 4 cards plus Board (and everything on it), that's okay. If it not, changes current wiring scheme!  Wink

Something cheap like that works fine - just a paperclip with a switch basically.

As for turning it on, as long as you turn on the second psu first - then power on the system/sys psu Your fine.

1second - ?? no don't need to worry about length of time between powering things on.
As long as you only have GPU's and their risers powered from the second one.

QUESTION 1:

Is it possible to even use 2 PSU's without a so called splitter so that both PSU's startup at the same time? I thought of starting the secondary PSU one second before the Main PSU, so that the second PSU startsup the 2 GPU's and a second later my MAIN PSU starts up my 4 GPU's and the entire system.
It's better to use "splitters" such as add2psu or using paper clips, these technique make the power-sharing on the PSU to GPUs via USB Riser more stable.

Hi, no what you're saying wont work.
PSUs need to have a connection to the motherboard that enables the PSU.
So you need two conditions to be correct for PSU to  start up, the AC power needs to connected and power switch(if present) on AND the PSU enable line from the motherboard to both PSU.

Hello!

I have a question and I hope that you can help me out!

I'm planning to integrate a second PSU to run 2 of my 6 GPU's on my Rig. ATM I'm running 4 GPU's (1060) at 60% PL with a EVGA 850 GQ. Now im planning to add a second PSU to run my other 2 GTX 1060.

QUESTION 2:
