Finally got my rock miner but I'm getting some strange behaviour from cgminer.

AS part of the set up instructions you have to replace a driver - http://www.eyeboot.com/rbox-setup-guide

Therefore if I run bfgminer and cgminer at the same time i get the following messages in cgminer

Can anyone help in resolving this?

thanks
Run them both in cgminer?

Is that a bong in that picture, Philip?

Nah I am old school never liked pipes or bongs..  just joints back in the days of purple haze and shit say 1972-1991 my stoner years

but I quit weed  in 1991  I quit tobacco in 1996.  all other fun drugs were stopped in the late 80's .

Still drink a bit.  Just too old for the other stuff. LOL

philipma1957, you can calm down and share some profits with me Smiley

I thought ants can be mined with cgminer?

yes they can run on cgminer.

I was only trying to show that running 2 different  programs on one pc can be done.

Hi,

I currently have numerous ant miner U2's and just purchased a rock miner, my question....is it possible to run both off the same miner (bfg or cg) which is installed on my laptop?  Or would i have to have for example 2 laptops, one for the U2's and one for the rock miner.   I know this wouldn't be power efficient so I would have to explore other options.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I know this is probably a noob question.

you can run bfg for the ants and cg for the r-boxes on 1 laptop at the same time.

I run 6 r-boxes and 5 grid seed blades

 the r-boxes do cg miner

the grid seed blades do cpuminer.

see below

I dont think rock miners work with bfg right now. Use cgminer, and after you have installed the usb driver using Zadig, follow below:
1)start cgminer (using bat file)
2)Device management (or management, something similar)
3)type 'auto'
4)press 'enter
5)voila

tell me if it still not working.
