Do you remember the Cuban missile crisis that JFK defused back in the early 1960's? Here comes another one. Let's see what Biden will do.

CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS 2.0? Four Russian Military Vessels – Including a Nuclear-Capable Submarine – Will Visit Havana Next Week

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/06/cuban-missile-crisis-2-0-four-russian-military/
So, there we have it. A mere days after US President Joe Biden was convinced by his aides and the international clamor in the West to allow Ukraine to shoot its US-provided long-range missiles at targets inside the Russian Federation territory, it arises that four Russian ships, including a nuclear-powered submarine, will arrive in Havana next week.

Cuban officials announced the visit, citing 'historically friendly relations' between both nations.

Associated Press reported:

"Cuba's foreign ministry said in a news release that the ships will be in Havana between June 12 and June 17, noting that none of them will carry any nuclear weapons and assuring their presence "does not represent a threat to the region."

The announcement came a day after U.S. officials said that Washington had been tracking Russian warships and aircraft that were expected to arrive in the Caribbean for a military exercise. They said the exercise would be part of a broader Russian response to the U.S. support for Ukraine.

The officials said that the Russian military presence was notable but not concerning. However, it's taking place as Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested that Moscow could take 'asymmetrical steps' elsewhere in the world in response to President Joe Biden's decision to allow Ukraine to use U.S.-provided weapons to strike inside Russia to protect Kharkov, Ukraine's second-largest city."

The four Russian ships are the frigate Gorshkov, the nuclear-powered submarine Kazan, the fleet oil tanker Pashin and the salvage tug Nikolai Chiker.

I don’t envisage this to be anything that indicates they plan to instigate nuclear warfare. It’s all just drills, posturing & preparation just incase they ever need to act. Starting a war by firing nukes is so serious, it’s not an action that the rest of the world would allow without serious consequences. Things like this have happened before & will again. We do not need to worry about imminent nuclear warfare.

Well in the case if war anything can take place setting such devices in such a strategic area and making it exposed to the seen others may show some signal that they may be move to do something about it, the war has not yet ended beside Russia us trying all means to have their plan achieve in Ukraine, for instance it be unwise for me to move around with what I am not making use of, for them to begin to move it around the location they kept it is something to puzzle that my view.

Russia war ships in the Caribbean? US East coast was done for. Now the South coast is done, as well.

Russia deploying air and sea assets for military exercises in Caribbean, U.S. official says

https://www.yahoo.com/news/russia-deploying-air-sea-assets-230000018.html
Russia is preparing to deploy aircraft and combat naval vessels to the Caribbean to conduct military exercises in the coming weeks, its first exercises in the Western Hemisphere involving both air and sea activity in five years, a senior administration official told McClatchy and the Miami Herald.

The Biden administration is not expressing concern over the deployment, with the official stating it poses "no direct threat to the United States." But the administration believes Moscow intends to use the exercises as a "messaging tactic" after President Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission last week to fire U.S.-made weapons across its border into Russia to defend its territory.

The official said the administration expects Moscow will "conduct heightened naval and air activity near the United States" that will likely include port calls by combat naval vessels in Cuba, and possibly Venezuela — two longstanding Russian allies that have seen occasional visits from Russian naval assets in the past two decades. The exercises may also include "aircraft deployments" and flights in the region, the official said.

Administration officials suspect that Cuba approved the Russian port call "at least in part" over an incident last year in which a U.S. nuclear submarine docked at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, angering the Cubans, a second U.S. official said.

Russia has sailed ships into the Western Hemisphere every year from 2013 to 2020, and has sent flights through the region that have violated the airspace of U.S. allies. But the anticipated activity would be the first coordinated air and sea exercise of its kind since 2019, during the Trump administration, the official noted.

The escalation continues to grow, while Western countries have allowed their weapons to be used on Russian territory (although Ukraine has been doing this for a long time). Russia can scare with nuclear weapons, but I don't think it will do that. Peace talks will not be held soon... Sad

At this point, I believe Russia is just trying to show off their arsenal and capabilities to move their nuclear submarines in the Atlantic ocean, but they will not dare to fire those mistakes in any time soon, to is just a tactic of intimidation from Putin gakandt the countries in the west, soecially thosenwhonlive in the United States. Putin may be trying to appear tough in form of the cameras, but in reality, I am suite site he is more afraid than the impact the Novato could have in the development of the conflict in Ukraine than anyththing.
The kemlin as devolved into a very repressive and aggressive entity, and all of it because of the action of a single man, and his seeking for territories to conquer.

Whatever happes one can only pray neither of the side do anything stupid with nukes,.regardless of the sizes of those nuclear weapons

Submarines are supposed to be in the ocean. Submarine locations are supposed to be classified.

I'm curious, if blast fishing is used in the lake, what will happen to these boats? Will they turn belly up or burst?

There will be no peace talks at least as they are commonly understood for many years.

Maybe you could only be referring to the total number of  nuclear Subs own my USA while the context of the OP mean to insight awareness that the Russians has installed a minimum number of Subs in the affirmed locations. Probably could be craving tensions about their intentions of what Russians are up to.

So if the USA does not take a drastic cover-up earlier, then all that multiple subs they have could be effortless at a needed time.

The OP is referring to one of the usual obscure sources he uses and fear-mongering as he does no have anything else to say. Ruzzia has always a number of submarines in the Atlantic, there is no "news", just a ridiculous attempt at fearmongering. Ruzzia has been moving nukes in BealoruZZia and making demonstrations and saber-rattling along with threats since years due to the war in Ukraine not going to their liking.

The strategic nuclear weapons have been there for decades.

Lilly livered Americans. Well, if the Americans won't help Trump - and themselves at the same time - Russia is providing the help that Americans and Trump need. The Deep State is a worldwide organization that needs to be taken out. And Russia is placing itself in the areas where they can make it happen.
