Russians mercilessly shoot down passenger planes and do not want to admit it. This is confirmed by the Malaysian Boeing flight MH-17 shot down by a Russian missile, and the Azerbaijani passenger airliner in the skies over Chechnya. Regarding MH-17, the Dutch court identified the criminals, however, Moscow refuses to accept the court's findings. The trial of the criminals who shot down the Azerbaijani plane will also likely end in the same way. But on the other hand, Russia may not recognize its decision, and Russia will not pay any compensation for the dead. The investigations into the downed Malaysian Boeing have long since ended:


 So, after a two-year investigation, the Netherlands published an interim report of an international group of experts on the cause of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing 777, MH-17 flight over the South-Eastern Territory of Ukraine, torn apart by Russian separatists in the military support of Russia.  Based on the collected reliable facts, the experts came to the conclusion that the aircraft was shot down by the Buk missile, which contradicts the radar data published in 2014 by the Ministry of Defense of Russia indicating the presence of the Ukrainian S-25 ground attack aircraft in the sky at the time of the crash that the air- Air "supposedly shot down a plane.

 It seems that in the Russian power structures there is a competition to disavow Russia's guilt in the death of 298 people on the MH-17 flight.  The Kremlin is rushing from one absurdity to another.  Various mutually exclusive false assumptions are advanced to avoid responsibility for the downed "Boeing-777".  So, apparently from the assumption that the US space surveillance facilities could register the absence in the area of ​​the incident of any air facility other than the Malaysian liner, the statement was followed that the airliner was hit by a ground-to-air missile launched from a territory controlled by the Ukrainian military With an indication of the exact location of the missile launch - near the settlement of Zaroshchenskoye.

 However, the soil samples taken did not confirm the Russian version of the launch of the missile near Zaroshchenskoye.  From a survey of eyewitnesses it was revealed that the rocket was released near the village of Snezhnoe.  According to the soil samples taken, the exact location of the missile launch was established, namely the village of Pervomaisky, which is two kilometers from the Snezhnoye settlement, which is located on the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk republic.  The report also indicates that the Buk complex was transported across the Russian border and, after launching a missile on the Malaysian Boeing-777, was hurriedly transported back to Russia.

 

 The lack of information on the progress of the investigation made it difficult for the Kremlin to choose the false options that refute the participation of Russian air defense in the Donetsk region.  In this connection, Russia's last reaction to the report of the Netherlands is interesting.  Russia presented new radar data at the time of Boeing's death, from which it follows that neither the missile, nor the Ukrainian attack aircraft, the radar station registered.  One can not help wondering why Russia had been hiding these data for two years, and had given the commission conducting the investigation only after acquainting itself with the report.  Moreover, how can Russia claim that the missile was launched by the Ukrainians from the village of Roshchenskoye, if, according to the data presented by it, the radar did not record any missiles at all.  It turns out that the flight MH-17 was not shot down, but fell by itself.  Absurd!  The Kremlin has finally become entangled in lies,

 

 Now it is understandable why Russia vetoed the UN Security Council resolution on the creation of an international tribunal on the death of the MH-17 flight.  The main liar of the Lying Empire (1) is trying to divert the Russian military's guilt from the death of 298 people.

 As for the case with the downed Azerbaijani plane, everything is still ahead, but we can say in advance with the same result as in the case of the Malaysian airliner.

 It's time for Russia to be expelled from the UN for the aggression in Georgia and Ukraine, for blood-drenched Chechnya, as the Soviet Union was once expelled from the League of Nations for the unleashed war with Finland in 1939.  The international community must finally realize that it is useless to negotiate, let alone sign any documents with a lying Russia. As for the case with the downed Azerbaijani plane, everything is still ahead, but it can be said in advance with the same result as in the case of the Malaysian airliner. Lying Russia will refuse to recognize any court that is not bribed by Putin.


  Nazi Germany could also have refused to recognize the decision of the Nuremberg court, but the court decision, which sentenced the criminals to death, was carried out.
