Back to the 60s again, just another hefty piece of Obama's legacy. Can't blame the Ruskies for stepping up their game, tho.
This is just another foreign policy failure of the Obama administration. He Obama was more serious about leading NATO and the EU with sanctions against Russia then this would not be happening.
