Nothing to say about what the fuck in the putin's mind. Because putin already banned the crypto currency and this time the rusia try to issue its currency and that seems to be another bullish in the future. I curious how it works.

It is not a "big news". The Russian central bank has been talking about a national cryptocurrency for a very long time this year, mainly because they are not very keen on Bitcoin ruling Russia.

By the way, Putin did not ban crypto. Read the latest news and especially from his media query last week. He said specifically that there is a need to regulate and control, absolutely not ban. Putin is not an idiot. Far, far, from being an idiot.

To these people, sooner or later, humanity needs to pass through the issue of its own national crypto currency, at least from the point of view of obtaining the necessary experience. In the global sense, the crypto currency can not only go inside one state. This is contrary to its nature. Also contrary to its nature, strict control by the state over the quantity of coins being issued, and there remains little control over it so that it will be absolutely centralized. This is going to be done in Russia, apparently the same decision was made in China. How much such national crypto currencies will survive and in what respect they will be with decentralized current crypto-currencies, we still have to see. However, the confrontation must be tough. The decentralized currency should win, as it will not be constrained by such a rigid framework and will be able to move territorially if necessary to other countries. The national crypto currency of such opportunities is deprived and will simply fade within a particular country.

Most of your post makes absolutely no sense. Sorry, but it is true. From what I could understand of it, you do have a point about the danger of countries controlling their own cryptocurrencies, which sort of defeats the purpose of crypto, which is meant to provide anonymity or more personal freedom over our own money. In this way, governments could still track all transactions and it would basically be like it is today only with cryptos instead of fiat. Still better, but not out of sight of the taxman.
