Good but we have equally read in another news about their plan to launch their own version of bitcoin in which they are trying to promote and with that, there wont be any form of anonymity since its going to be under their control. So, in real sense what they are saying is that they are not going to recognise bitcoin because of the fact that they cannot control the anonymity. How to force that and the punishment for such is the responsibility of the Russian Federation citizens.
