Sukhois Su-30. From time to time a pair of bombers come and leave, and once a fleet of ships, reportedly with nuclear warheads came for a parade then left some years ago.
They might have some interests but their commitment seems lacking at most. It is clear that China would secretly want someone else, and probably Russia as well. Maduro destroyed the country to a point where its even hurting THEIR interests.

in 30 years there might be no russian central bank anymore, and those weapons would move into the hands of local authoriies like its going to happen with brexit UK oversea territories.

Does it matter who "prints" money? Yes, A LOT. Under tyranny there is little you can do. Want to use bitcoin? oh there is no electricity, or no internet... Everyday i understand a little more how the people survive in north korea...
From your freedom you can choose which fiat or crypto to use, not here. The difference is abysmal.
Its not the same "printing money" when you have the privilege of not using it, than "printing money" when you are coerced to NOT use anything else. But you have yet to live under "socialism" to truly get it. Within the realm of imagination and theory, everything looks beautiful, now try it in practice...
