Curios, but when Russian government does not recognize officially crypto, Russian billionaires like Roman Abramovich and the other guys from Forges actively invest not only into BTC, but into altcoins.
Thus alts have cool future?

crypto have so much profit to invest, but It depend on which Altcoin you want to invest. Not all Altcoin will be profitable. My advice is to understand the coin more. Such as the developers profiles etc. digital coin will worth faster in future

I think that the richest people in any country invest in the crypto currency despite the state bans. Such news will cause more confidence in the crypto currency of those who still doubt.

If investors are moving means alt coins and btc have great future. Alt coins like top 10 have better future. And ico with great concept also have bright future.

Most investors are bluechip , they dont reveal names

Being a billionaire in a communist country like Russia, he would definitely be getting first hand information on the government's moves for/against cryptocurrencies. Seeing how he has a multi-million dollar investment portfolio, it is rest assured that Russia will not be taking a negative stance against cryptos and this is fueling more Russian investors to enter the scene.

A strong wave of investment in the BTC went. We can expect a big increase in BTC. Altcoin, apparently, is also of great importance Cool

Do you have a source for this? And which altcoins are you talking about?
Know that just because a government doesn't like something, that doesn't mean the people don't too.
Also, an altcoin's future does not depend on some Russian investors, but on other things such as advantages when compared to Bitcoin (monero has privacy) or specific use cases (like Ethereum for smart contracts).
