Hi there. A few months back I participated in a campaign for Paybis, you can find their thread here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18109711

As far as I can remember and tell from feedback, it was a good if new service. They also have a LBC account with good feedback, I'm sure you can work out a way to use them.

Yobit also allows RUB deposits/withdraws, I use them every now and then to liquidate some of those "exotic" alts. Support was slightly ineffective but they were determined to help me when some issues came out so my own experience was good. But you may want to do your own research.

I used btc-e before day X for fiat with Yandex Money deposit and btc-e 0% withdraw on Yandex Money.
Btc-e was not the main marketplace for me, but i used it for bitcoin to fiat withdraw and deposit. Now I searching for alternative. I need painless withdraw to Russian cards or Yandex Money with lowest percent. Also I looking for fiat deposit with Yandex Money. I don't want to wait btc-e possible recovery, since I have sweet fiat lending deal for small percent, and I want use it. What exchange I can switch to?
