Russia becomes the first nation in the world to formally recognize cryptocurrencies as economic assest and I find the regulations proposed totally valid.
Russia’s president Vladimir Putin has issued orders pertaining to the regulation of cryptocurrencies, initial coin offerings (ICO), and cryptocurrency mining. He wants changes made to the Russian legislation to regulate cryptocurrencies and tokens. Mining operations will also be registered and taxed. The prime minister and the central bank governor will be responsible for completing the orders by July next year.

jajaja what a joke from putin in this day, i've heard about putin and the rusia central bank are banning the bitcoin but this time they are all turning again into the bitcoin. ....Interesting I have to say !
They are realizing about the fact crypto is about money.
Every nation have their own rights for policies and rules,being president its his duty to do everything that he thinks better for his country,the only problem he may has is how to implement and how to porsue this issues.
