I just with there were more options on blower-type cards, though the Sapphire RX470 at $179 (on the actual NewEgg site vs the eBay listing at $159 but a bit higher shippping) are petty close to the cheap PowerColor stuff that I won't even consider buying (I've had nothing but ISSUES out of the very few PowerColor cards I've owned, they're right down at the bottom with HIS non-blower cards on my list, while Sapphire is one of my "go to" brands and has been for a VERY long time).
What problems did you have with Powercolor? I bought one (a RX480 that was cheaper than any RX470)and now mining with it and it seems fine for now. It only have a 6 pins power, finger crossed that it will be fine.
I had exactly ZERO Powercolor cards last for a year, even when not overclocked.
Various issues, at least some seem to have been cheap fans dying but one flaked out and while the fan is still working fine can't run it at over about half GPU core clock without it artifacting and dying. (HD 7850, the ONLY one that's still working at all of the ones I bought).
They MIGHT have gotten better since then, this was back in the HD 7xxx series days.
