There is no need to change the BIOS anymore for these cards, just place the correct settings there for the card and depending on your memory type (which you can see what type you have with GPU-Z program) the max it can go is 27-31 Mhsh

Core Voltage: 850
Core Clock : 1150
Memory Clock: 2150 (however be careful here, not all memory types support these aggressive overclocking, start at the 2000 default and increment via 50 until it becomes stable)

These settings can be changed at MSI Afterburner easily or through Radeon Software.Do not forget to enable compute mode if you are using an old driver, new ones have it enabled.
With these settings Hynix and Micron do 27-28 Mhsh, not sure about Elpida but it should be less than 31 Mhsh and the best memory is Samsung which can go up to 31 Mhsh for such cards.

Hi i have a rx 580 card and i have a problem with hashrate. My card only reaches 25mh, I tried to change the bios, but I have newer memories, is there anyone who could correctly change the bios to reach the speed of 31mh.
Unfortunately, I can't put a bios file here: /
there is bios mod app automatically patch your memory timings or using amdmemtweak tunning in fly, many mining os has same feature to optimize your hashrate

maybe you wont familiar with those, but give it try for hours, or maybe something bad happen on your vram

I'm suspecting this your rx580 to be the micron memory type, I have one that get sucks at 28MH when OC but on hive OS I finally get it to 30MH just by using others OC settings available inside the hiveOS OC settings I suggest you should give this a try

Are you running Windows OS? Change that to hive OS first because hive OS has inbuilt bios flasher exactly for cards like rx580, before doing this check if your compute mode is activated in Radeon settings, also you might want to know the bios version of your card, this way we will find the perfect OC settings for your GPU, it should be Samsung, micron and others
If compute mode is not activated, then the hashrate will be less than half the value specified by Kapec.
The easiest way is to keep the original BIOS, and then change the BIOS of the video card.
Be sure to keep the original BIOS from each video card, they can be different.

I change the BIOS in Windows, and flash it using the Hive OS.

You dont need change bios anymore. i suggest you use older drivers for them like 20.11.1 then go to wattman settings core 1150 core voltage 900mv memory speed 2050 memory voltage 900mv then apply memory fast timings to mt1 or mt2 and enjoy 30-32mhs.later you can reduce voltages if dont crashes and increase memory speed if dont crashes.

It's hard to help you without more information about your card and system in general

Put info here so we can help you

Card model:
memory brand:
Operational System:
Miner:
Overclock:

In general, changing the bios is simple, you should get your own bios, change the timings, save again and flash

There's a good tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r0jzvcRTqvQ&t=694s

Look around on google to find a mining bios for your card
There is a tool at https://www.igorslab.de/en/ I should look there.
